Review is based on comparison with another brand. After drop and destroying our current hand held, I purchased two different brands of hand held shower heads to keep from having to reach up and get the head down . Due to a bone disease I am mobility and reach challenged. My husband likes the high stationary mount when showering.He also likes the extra height the hand held allows over pipe level stationary combo unit we current had. However, the reach is too high for me to remove and replace with each use. I like a lower free use of the hand held. I do not have to move around in shower to get under the spray or access all over without twirling around. I can lean against the handle rail on the long wall. I purchased the HotelSpa 7-Setting AquaCare Series Spiral Handheld Shower Head with Patented ON / OFF Pause Switch and 5-7 foot Stretchable Stainless Steel Hose (Premium Chrome) ($21.99) AND Handheld Shower Head, Wassern High Pressure 9 Setting 74 Jets Intake Air Rainfull Massage Spa Water Saving Trickle Button Flexible 60'' Stainless Steel Hose Angle Adjustable Bracket 3.5'' Chrome ($17.99) The Home Spa had a cheap fixed position plastic chrome look finish. The Wassern adjustable bracket had the rotating adjustment ball and much better quality tightening fitting. One fitting for attachment to shower pipe from wall and other to adjust the direction and position on hand held. Even tough, the Home Spa has more spray settings the output of the spray is weak compared to the Waasern. The Wassern was much more forceful at the same amount of water use. It did have a little lower volume of water tickle when using the on/off switch. The switch was center of the handle. The Wassern is located high under the head close to the spray adjustment lever. The head on Home Spa was thinner but that reduces the water output. However, the Wassern is well balanced. The other features following make the Wassern a better choice in my opinion.The hose connection ends on the flexible shower line are also good quality with a texture feel that make for a better, non -slip grip for hand tightening. The enclosed instructions have a very helpful outline with full details each connection. Showing where to use and not to use teflon tape. The method and amount of needed tightening for each connection. The Wassern is superiorOPTION I USED TO EASILY USE BOTH SHOWER HEAD LOCATION OPTIONS I am adding some additional info for the method and additional installation items I purchased to allow use of the two heads without a lot of reaching for a source adjuster on a usual stationary and hand held combo unit. I added a KES ALL BRASS Shower Head Double Outlet Manifold for Dual Sprayer Showering System, Polished Chrome ($15.99) by the following method --from where the hose would normally connect on bottom side of the mount bracket using a Stainless Steel 304 Cast Pipe Fitting, Coupling, Class 150, 1/2" NPT Female ($5.20) ** returned because the NPT threading did not working on the pipe, I do not know if was a bad thread cut but it would not go pass the first row of thread and tighten down ** toChrome-Plated Brass Pipe Fitting, Nipple, Schedule 40, 1/2" NPT X 6" Length ($9.50) to the Kes which comes two included cutoff connectors with slide on and off (the one with included connectors was out of stock so I ordered HQMPC Brass body Brass Handle Shower Shut Off Valve Flow Control Valve1/2" IPS Chrome polished(2PCS) ($9.99) separately which made it cost a couple extra bucks but no waiting for restock) to allow me to choose the upper or lower shower head or both at once. I additionally purchased a Hibbent Square Solid Brass HandHeld Shower Head - Bathroom Single Function 1 Spray Hand Shower with Powerful High Pressure - Shower Attachment for Indoor-Outdoor Use - Polished Chrome(Single Shower) ( $13.99) and Hansgrohe 28346000 Quick Connect Snap On Connector Set, Chrome ($12.21) to change between the Wassern and the Hibbert. The hoses for each hand held go from head to the Kes dual outlet. SO, I can flip one switch to get water supply to lower line and use either style head (and my husband does not have to try to remember to take the shower head down. I just flip the water to his unit before I get out. All for less that $100.00 for safety, no getting huffed because my husband forgets to move the shower head where I can reach, No high reach to change a level to use one or both at the same time. I have quick connect for option to change between heads I use. Also, the chrome pipes and dual manifold are chrome and look great. Returned the Home Spa for another Wassern. Also, the Wassern has better overall quality and pricing.I realize this is a long review but I hope it Might help someone to have options. Also, the Kes dual mount can be used with two stationary heads side by side with desired lenght drop down allowing for a more modern multiple sprays.

Allow more water flow than most. I still removed the little plug that helps save water I would rather have the pressure

It was great till it wAsnt. I installed it about 3 months ago. The water pressure was too strong I imagine, cause the plastic lining inside the extension leading to the shower head busted and the whole thing came apart. If you don’t have strong pressure then it should be ok.

I'm really impressed with this shower head. I needed one with both strong and slow flow streams, and this one has all of them. plus the very pleasing set of different settings from misty stream to rain like streams.One problem is that the holder is not well designed, so that the shower head will detach and free fall on its own if moved to the forward position.Also sometimes I woke up from the shower head hitting the bottom of the bath. Now I remove the head from the holder and put it on the shelf each time after the shower.Still a great purchase, especially for the price!BTW, I'm NOT a VINE reviewer, and did not get this shower head for free or discounted.Hope this review was helpful to you!

Easy installation and performs well. No leaks or other problems. The tilt adjustment works nicely. I wish the hose was a little longer. The handset itself seems lightly made, so we'll see how it lasts. But so far so good.I do wonder about the flow reduction button. I can barely tell if it does anything. I do use the trickle-mode spray setting for saving water. That seems more effective than the button.Overall, it seems very good value for the money.

Looks great, easy to install. Just FYI in case anyone cares, the head is plastic....only the hose is metal. The spray selector has about 4 total positions, and there is another switch behind the selector on the head handle to adjust pressure, which is where they get the "9 settings" from. If you're looking for the "overpriced spa treatment" at home and having any fewer than eleventy-six spray settings is simply unacceptable to you, this product is not for you. If having a good looking shower head is priority #1, and having any more than about 3 or 4 spray options is priority #13 (like me), hands down buy this one. I very much like it and it is a great product for a great price. Would buy again.

The instructions were confusing. I received more washers than stated and I wasn't sure which was which, and ended up only using 1 because I couldn't seem to get the others to fit. I know it's not a perfect connection because some water drips and the pressure isn't as good as it was with my old shower head, but I it's manageable until I get someone more handy than me to come take a look. I especially love the trickle for when I'm giving my dog a bath or cleaning the tub.

It does the job! It is not very heavy duty, but it is functional, has multiple settings and has performed well over the last month or so we've had it. We originally bought a similar one from another retailer for the same price, but really didn't like the cheap cord, so we returned that one and purchased this one. The hose/cord is much better on this one and we are much happier for the same price. I predict that we will get a good year or two out of it. Would recommend.
