Very please with quality vs cost.
This is excellent for quickie meals or for when your grocery store doesn't have fresh chickens available.

Every can was dented
I’ll never order Yoder’s canned chicken again. Every single can was dented!

Overall the meats are fiarly good for most of them at least.
Since I have tried pretty much all of the Yoder's and some of its competitors here is a basic review of all other them. The Pros:Canned, they last, usually taste fairly good or as expected, somewhat salty but not overly salty. The Cons:For some of the meats the quality is a problem. See below.Canned Chicken, TurkeyFat is usually at the top and can be scooped out fairly easily is you don't want it. Meat overall is pretty good and as with all of these think shredded meat instead of chunks. Both are on par with other suppliers in terms of quality.Canned Pork/Beef (Not the hamburger, taco, or sausage)Quality suffers a bit here. There is far more fat chunks and tendon/grissel pieces mixed in. I ALWAYS hand sort these cans and get rid of the chunks of fat and questionable add-ins. Compared to other supplies there is a noticeable downgrade in quality but still the meat is almost always tasty, salt about right and decent.Taco meat, Hamburger, SausageHave to say these generally taste at least mostly like what they say on the label. But I can tell you this have yet to like any of these. Most of the cases I had went to the Food bank. The taco meat is basically Taco Bell filling meat. Tastes just like it and usually results in gas just like it too! Last time I tried the hamburger was basically yuck. Think I used it in chili and it did not come out too well. ALSO, you will not be able to make hamburger patties out of this stuff. Every sausage I've tried has been gassy and not very good. this goes for Yoders, the competitors and the Freeze dried stuff as well.Overall, these make for a decent alternative to storing and cooking your own meats. They go well with soups, noodles, and mixed in to other dishes.
