At first I was unsure as the item seemed rather flimsy and easily broken. After a while I realised it was stronger than I had first judged it to be and I have grown to really enjoy this case. It transformed my ipad air into essentially a nifty little laptop that I like to affectionately call my 'apptop'. The keyboard itself is fantastic and is the most mechanical integrated keyboard I've ever seen attached to a tablet. This means typing a great deal is made much easier and I am able to take rapid notes without making many errors. The apple specific keys make using the ipad a joy as it allows locking/unlocking of the screen, switching apps, returning to home screen, taking screen shots, opening the onscreen keyboard, adjusting brightness and volume as well as playing and pausing video. The folding mechanism is really versatile. Not only does it allow for landscape and portrait orientations it is also possible to adjust the resting angle of the screen. It is also possible to fold the screen all the way around so that you can still use your tablet as it was intended to whilst the keyboard stays tucked away. The battery life is exceptional. At the time of writing this review I have owned the case for just over 4 weeks and have yet to charge it. The low battery light has just come on but it remains functional without charge so far. The bluetooth connection works really well and it took me less than a minute to set it up initially and since the original setup it takes less than 5 seconds for it to connect and has never let me down. The only downside to this case is it is really tricky to remove the iPad from the case. It is explained how to do this more easily in the user manual however I am unable to locate this document now and I can't remember how it was done so I haven't removed the iPad since I put it in originally. I'm sure by following the instructions this process can be made much easier but it is not intuitive enough as it is currently. The bright side of this negative point of course is that it demonstrates the iPad sits very firmly and safely in its place. If I were to predict future problems that could arise with continued use of the jetech wireless keyboard case is that the circular hinge which the whole case relies upon still seems like a vulnerable/fragile feature that given enough time or perhaps a careless moment will break rendering the item worthless.

Really loved the idea of getting a case and keyboard all rolled into one. This case is great, it's solid and tough with an easy grip texture that stops it slipping out your hand. The way you open and prop it up is a bit different but I had no problems, even using it in bed resting on my knees. I love that you can swivel the iPad into landscape or portrait view easily. The opening mechanism isn't super easy and takes a bit of effort but at least that means the closure is secure and the keyboard battery has lasted really well on one charge including repeated forgetting to switch it off after use! I only have a couple of grumbles, the first is no £ sign (but I can live with that) and the second, which I unfortunately found very irritating, is the fact you can't detatch the ipad from the keyboard less you take it out of the case. Unfortunately this was enough of a bug for me to now no longer use the case and the reason I only give 4 stars. Wish I had realised this would be an important point to me, but hey ho! I would definitely recommend this product if these points don't matter to you :)

Pretty nifty keyboard. I like the hard keys (over soft rubber) good for typing..which ultimately is the aim of this device.I also like the on/off Bluetooth feature..as often just want the stand to watch iPad..so allows less frequent charging.Stand isn't as easy as simply flip open..need to open..then pull out the rear section..this extends 2 arms on a plane to the rear..which you then rest bottom of the iPad onto.Overall..for typing on a flat surface or lap..this is fab.If you simply want to flip open to watch iPad..then not as good..though still functional enough.

Very happy with the keyboard so far. It took about a minute to set up - super easy! I'm finding it responsive and reliable. I cannot comment on durability as I've had it only 4 days.One negative (but a biggie for me) is that once you put the iPad into the cover part it is pretty much impossible to take it out without risking damage to the keyboard case. Not good for the times you may wish to swap covers and the reason I am giving it 3 rather than 5 stars. Being able to swap between covers is important to me and if I knew how impossible it would be with this one I might have gone for a different case. But if you do not care about this then I can recommend this keyboard to you.Summary: keyboard half - 5; cover part - 1; average mark - 3

I am very pleased with the keyboard/case. It arrived very quickly (sooner than estimated when ordered) and was very easy to set up. It seems very well constructed - not at all flimsy - and works well. I was concerned that it had a US, rather than UK, layout on the keyboard. However, in practice, the hash key (shift/3) provides a £ sign rather than hash, as if it were a UK keyboard. The other differences between US & UK are not important. I had intended to take the iPad out of the case when taking it on journeys away from home as the keyboard/case doubles the weight. However, I find it very difficult to remove the iPad as it is very securely fastened inside the case and I am afraid I might break the clips holding it in place if I try too hard to remove it. For that reason, I have awarded 4* rather than 5.Supplementary comment: The keyboard died on me after about 4 months. It wouldn't recharge or work and none of the lights worked any more. I contacted the supplier via Amazon and they sent me an immediate replacement. Excellent customer service!

Its a real good buy. Once I managed, after 3 hours turmoil, to sync it with my iPad Air it worked fine. I am a writer and find the pullout for securing my iPad Air at real good angle is great. The keyboard has larger keys than my old keyboard and with my arthritic hands works well for me with 2 finger typing. Not yet checked the battery life as yet.

OUTSTANDING! This product was delivered on time, as described, and is of durable construction. The swivel feature of the iPad side, allowing you to view it Portrait or Landscape while using the keyboard is excellent. The pull out extension which gives you the angle to seat the iPad correctly for viewing is well designed. I had no troubles charging or pairing the device to my iPad and has officially become a "must have" item for my iPad when travelling. Thank you to the folks at JETech, you have a very satisfied customer in me.

The case has come in so handy not just because its a keyboard but it allow the user to prop the IPad to allow videos effortlessly . The battery lift of the case is just endless. I find myself using the keyboard quite often and only having to recharge it once a week. The keyboard like the 'MAC' keyboard takes a little getting used to but is fine (even for my larger hands).It is a sturdy case with gives me a sense of protection for the IPad in that both the bottom and top are a hard plastic shell.(which click together to close securlyVery happy with the purchase

As I begin to type this, with the keyboard, I'm reminded of really the only reason this isn't 5 stars, and maybe even 3 1/2. The response to begin typing after non use lags. You have to tap keys or hit connect button. As you start to tap keys, it begins to pair up again, and away you go. Maybe 2-3 seconds, Really not that big deal i guess just slightly annoying. In an age of everything instant and fast, this keyboard relys on a bit of patience needed. Other than that, the design is good. It may be just a little to hard to quickly snap your iPad out as it fits so tight, again.....patience.

I love this keyboard! It's sturdy and turns my iPad into a miniature laptop. When I don't feel like sitting up at the computer this keyboard is perfect for writing emails, articles, blog posts etc. The keys are comfortable and easy on the hands. I thought there would be an issue with touch typing since the space to work within is smaller, but I find I can type super fast on this keyboard. Great for late night writing projects in bed. Prior to buying this well-priced keyboard, I owned a Zagg keyboard. Although it was great it came at two and a half times the price and the keyboard did not have a solid cover. I had to return the first Zagg keyboard less than a month in because the cover started to break. The replacement keyboard, while improved, ended up getting squashed which compromised the key functions. The JETech keyboard solved that problem for me with its sturdy structure and easy functionality. I like the power save feature for when I forget to turn it off which makes it last a good long time before it needs a recharge. I love this keyboard!

El teclado es genial, responsivo e incluso mejor que el que Apple vende para sus iPAD pro, la tablet de puede girar para que sea modo vertical u horizontal y eso es muy útil sobre todo para word. Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que ya no se puede usar como tablet, pues queda demasiado grueso. Hubiera sido genial tener un mecanismo para desprender el teclado y poderlo usar como tablet. Pero en lo demás, lo recomiendo mucho y se puede usar como un mini ordenador.

Nachdem ich bereits die gleiche Hülle für mein iPad 4 hatte, habe ich mich für mein neueres iPad Air auch für diese Variante entschieden. Der große Vorteil ist eimfach, dass man das Gerät auch im Hochformat verwenden kann, was bei Textverarbeitungen echt praktisch ist. Leider wird das Gerät nicht mit deutscher Tastatur angeboten, jedoch habe ich das mit Tastaturaufklebern gelöst und so die Beschriftung der Tasten geändert. Der Akku hält auch sehr lange. Habe es erst 1x aufgeladen und arbeite bereits gefühlte Wochen damit, und schreibe täglich viel. Alles in Allem für den Preis ein Top Produkt. Der Hammer wäre eine deutsche Tastaturbeschriftung gewesen, dann wären es volle 5 Sterne.

iPad Air 1 ist gut in der Halterung aufgehoben. Wackelt nix, fällt nicht raus, passtDie englische Tastatur ist gut zu bedienen, angenehm zum Schreiben und aktiviert sich nach einem Tastendruck. Das dauert etwas (ca. 3 Sekunden) aber dann läuft es. Hat den Vorteil das man sie nicht ausschalten muss...Der einfache Wechsel Quer und Hoch ist praktisch. Mit meinem Apple Case aus Leder war nur Quer möglich, hochkant lesen ging in der Halterung nicht (außer man legt es hin...)IPad steht stabil, kann aber auch genauso flach über die Tastatur gelegt werden und dann wie gewohnt bedient werden.Diese Flexibilität hat mir gefallen, weshalb ich das Produkt jetzt intensiv nutzte.

Recensisco questo prodotto a distanza di 3 anni. Ormai si è rovinato ma posso dire che l'ho utilizzato intensamente. Il design è molto bello ed i tasti si pigiano piacevolmente. Certo, il prezzo non è esattamente basso, trovandosi in commercio prodotti simili ad un prezzo leggermente inferiore.

I tasti sono tutti invertiti, per trovare gli accenti non vi dico, funzionano solo quelli principali (le lettere e i numeri per intenderci) ma quando cerchi punteggiature varie, parentesi, simboli etc sono tutti invertiti..!! Se riuscire a fare il simbolo dell'euro fatemi sapere perché sono curioso..altra nota: non rimane dritto lo schermo quando lo apri come un pc ma devi sempre estrarlo il che rende la cosa poco pratica..ho imparato 1 cosa: chi più spende meno spende (per questo articolo s'intende) ho comprato 1 logitech e adesso non torno più indietro..!

Wem gefällt das nicht, solides Case mit ausreichendem Schutz für das neue iPad? Das Koppeln geht leicht, die Tastatur ist klasse, der Andruck wie bei einer hochwertigen Tastaur. Leider habe ich nie verstanden wie Umlaute, @ Zeichen oder ähnliches mit Tastenkombination zu erreichen sind. Das Problem ist das Case. Das Loch für die Kamera sitzt an der falschen Stelle, fotograpghieren ist unmöglich. Das iPad läßt sich schnell einsetzen aber das herausnehmen ist eine Qual. An meinem neuen iPad sind zwei häßliche Kratzer durch das Herausnehmen entstanden - ich war wirklich vorsichtig. Wenn das nicht gewesen wäre hätte ich die Ware behalten und gelegentlich genutzt. Jetzt geht es wieder Retour. Ach, und wer auf ein Ladekabel hofft, wird enttäuscht.

Having used other wireless keyboards, this is definitely my preference. Bought one for my spouse, like it so much I bought it for my iPad as well. What I like about it is the ease of setting up the screen compared to alternatives, notably the Fintie. Product also looks great and is more durable than some other options. The blue tooth connectivity was slow to recognize my device of about a week, but now recognizes it very quickly. I also like the feel of the keyboard, doesn't feel as cheap as other models. Some others choices are a bit cheaper, but for a frequent use product, it's worth paying slightly more for a much better product and experience.

I'm writing this review from the keyboard right now. The typing is slightly noisier than my fabric-encased keyboard, but not noisy enough to lower my rating. The keyboard pairs up quicker to my ipad than my last keyboard and it does not drain my ipad battery in order to work because it has its own rechargable battery. I use the keyboard a few times a day and the last time I had to charge it was over a week ago. It sleeps when not in use, so it conserves its battery, which is nifty. The only thing I would have preferred would have been an ipad stand that opens and closes more easily, but at the same time I can see how this set up is built to be sturdier and more stable. It gets a five star rating from me because it was very worth my purchase. Other cases may not protect your ipad as well as this one and once your ipad is locked in, you can rotate the protective case 360 degrees so I can see myself never needing to remove my ipad from this case. It's that good.

Schön verarbeitete funktionelle Schutzhülle mit Bluetooth Tastatur. Funktioniert sehr gut, für deutsches Layout muss mal eben ein Labeldrucker ran. Ein bisschen schade ist es dass der Neigungswinkel auf die ausgefahrenen schienen begrenzt ist, hier wären evtl ein paar Rasterungen schön gewesen die mehr/flachere Winkel zulassen. Die Tastatur hat schöne Große - wenn auch etwas klapprige - Tasten. Daher in Summe ein Stern Abzug.Im großen und Ganzen ein sehr gelungenes Stück Sicherheit für das iPad. 👍
