The product arrived on time but it is horrible to drink not impressed tried twice it will be poured down the sink probably made me feel sick

I’ve been using Isagenix off and on since around 2006! Used to do the whole program with the shakes but Cleanse for Life remains my secret go-to move for when I need to drop some lbs for an event to fit into a dress or kick start a diet. I don’t know if it’s snake oil and I don’t really care lol. All I know is that it works awesomely and you will drop some weight over 2 days of deep cleansing. If you did 5 days of healthy eating and calorie restriction sandwiched by 2 days of deep cleansing on either side, you can lose like 10-12 pounds, I’ve done it before. Best case scenario is that this stuff actually “cleanses”, worst (probable? Lol) case is that it has no real health benefits and just gives us enough vitamin B to take the edge off of a 2 day fast and giving your body a break from food. It also makes my skin GLOW. Here’s my little deep cleanse recipe for helping it go down easy and getting the most energy: 4 ounces cleanse for life + 1 ounce ionix supreme (v important) + water + tons of ice cubes + juice of 1/2 a lemon. This product is for cleansing your insides, digestive track. The way you use this is to drink 2 oz. 4x a day. You need to mix it with water. You should drink at least 64oz of water a day when doing this. YOU DO NOT EAT WHEN YOU ARE CLEANSING with this product. The best cleanse is to use this product and do a 2 day fast. It will be tough to go 2 days. They key is to have warm bone broth a couple times a day when you get hungry. The key is the results. You should feel pretty good after a 2 day fast taking this cleanse. Your digestive track will feel great and you will lose a couple lbs. due to the fast. The KEY IS NOT TO EAT.

Isagenix is well known. Having taken a hot yoga class where this was 'encouraged' i bought it once again to detox. Isagenix is $$$$ but if you use all its intended components correctly, they know what they are doing and you will reap the benefits.
