Virtually eliminates having to bail out our boat cover after a rainstorm. Easy to configure and install, multiple height options and very sturdy. Started with one set ( 2 posts ) and ordered a second for more support. This is a great product.

I used this to keep rain water from collecting on the cover which required me to bail it out with bucket or with a siphoning tube in order to remove all the collected water and remove the cover. Does the job as expected and is simple to use. I will like use it to shrink wrap this winter after I have it winterized at the end of boating season.

The first product I received had a cheap piece of string with it for straps that did not work well. However, the company updated the product with much better quality straps and sent me a replacement. The product is much better now and is a very good product for the money. Highly recommended.

A lot of trouble to use, not height adjustable, and in my case I was much better off simply placing an empty rubber trash can (with domed lid) on the floor of my boat before putting the cover on.

Overall very good quality. Much stronger than I expected. The two included two ropes (1/8" dia.) are extra long and can be cut or adjusted to fit various dimensions.

I have my boat parked under a number of trees and need to keep it covered unless I want to be cleaning leaves off it every week. However, I did not like the way water would puddle up on my boat cover. At one point it looked like I had a small pool in the space between the prow and the console. I don’t write reviews right after I make a purchase but wait months and even years before writing a review. I purchased this to “tent up” the cover so that water would run off and after months of use I can verify these poles are excellent. They have stood in place despite the 10-15 knot winds and the cupped ends have not damaged my cover. Buy with Confidence!

You have to be a contortionist to set these things up. The concept is good, but if your tie-downs on the gunwale aren't exactly in the correct position, the stands fall all over the place when trying to get the tarp on your boat. And forget tying down from front to back--it will end up like a bad shot on a golf course where you throw the club in the pond...that's what you will do with these stands.

II like the metal poles and believe they’ll hold up better than the plastic poles used by other companies that are more expensive. The only complaint I have is the poles need to have at least one section that’s maybe half the length of the other poles, for my use using one pole was too short and using two was too long.

Works good on our 16' Smoker craft but need on more. 3 is better then 2

The poles are good n sturdy, top cap seems to made well as the base a bit cheap, complaint is the snap that holds each pole together real cheap n dont line up or fall out of the pole, but are ok for the buck, alot better than my plastic ones I used

ok rope kind of a pane used ratchet straps but is ok no worries

The stands assembled quickly and appear to do an excellent job in supporting my boat cover.

It is mostly made of métal. Once intall: it will not fold up due to wind blast. I had one made of plastic pôles without the nylon rope and it had to be set up again after wind blast.I would buy it all over again.
