I've looked through a lot of red powders here on Amazon. Most of them are mostly fillers (processed starches like maltodextrin), or full of sugar and artificial ingredients (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, etc.). This one is the best I've found.Taste is pretty good. I use slightly less than a full (provided) scoop, and I mix with a good amount of water. The product does settle a bit if you let it sit, so you'll need to stir or re-shake it as you drink. It's mildly sweet without a bad aftertaste.My goal is to consume 30 different plants each week, and this powder has over 30 plants! Of course, the concentrations are rather low in a powder, but I still count this as a win. The amount of fiber alone in this power (7 grams) is great and will help your gut, especially if you don't already consume fiber.You probably won't notice a huge difference taking this right away, unless you're severely deficient in some nutrients. If you already eat somewhat healthily and drink plenty of water, then this is just a nice little energy and digestion boost. This powder alone isn't going to counteract a diet of fast food and candy combined with sitting around all day. It needs to be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. I'll get off my soapbox now... :)Overall, this a great product with quality ingredients and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend.

I never write 1 star reviews.I was excited about this reds powder given the amazing ingredients listed. It blends well and smooth - BUT! it tastes disgusting ( for my palette at least). It has a bitter and singly metal taste to begin with and end up smelling like a vitamin B taste. The taste does not wash down easily either. I tried washing it down with milk, coconut water and even mixing the powder with something pleasant. unfortunately it did not work. It repelled me from taking the powder - after a couple of days I had to through it out. It made be feel pukish for hours after having it.If you have a palette for strong tastes then buy it. otherwise maybe think about it.

I mix some in with my fruit smoothies & it's great! I also really like to mix it with ~ 2 parts water, 1 part white cranberry juice - freaking phenomenal. I don't recommend going with straight water as there is a SLIGHT aftertaste from the sweetener, but it really is quite mild & when mixed with other juices isn't noticeable at all. I'm VERY particular about artificial sweetener taste & this is one of two drink mixes I actually like (& I've tried at least a dozen) I think any drink mix it's trial & error, you've gotta find the combination that suits you best, but this one is genuinely very very tasty.That being said i REALLY wish they'd list the ingredients. As someone with lots of food allergies, it's irksome that you just have to guess & hope for the best.

The flavor is not the best but when you keep in mind the health benefits, it really isn't that bad. Since taking these I've noticed a spike in my overall energy and I'm able to focus waaay more. I totally notice the difference on the days I do not take my Reds. I also like this brand. I'm very sensitive and allergic to almost everything and i did not have any weird reactions. Will purchase again!

OK flavor but a bit too sweet. Also it settles at the bottom so if you don't chug it you gotta keep stirring it
