Good for migraines as it eases the pain, it doesn’t stay cold for too long. I keep it in the freezer instead of the fridge so it stays cold for long maybe like it stays cool for 15 minutes or more on wearing it.

My wife says its good for her migraine but it gets warm too quickly even after getting out of the freezer. It would have been great if it could retain the coldness for a long time.

I got this product because I have bad migraines but this cap is wonderful!! it gives the right amount of squeeze and i love that it cover my eyes so i can sleep. The quality is amazing as well.

I am a chronic migraine sufferer, sometimes lasting 3-8 days long. This thing definitely helps get through it but I suggest having at least two in the fridge at all times. The cold doesn’t last super long which is why I suggested two. But It is soft, comfortable and snug. In the fridge it doesn’t get too cold like the freezer. It’s definitely worth having in your arsenal of migraine stuff lol.

As a lifelong headache and migraine sufferer, I can’t believe I didn’t know this existed before now. I’ve done desperate things to rid myself of head pain like tying a scarf tightly around my head or pressing ice packs against my face and scalp. This is sort of like a combination those things. I love that this is an an an affordable, non-medicinal treatment for head pain. It’s definitely not a magic cure but it does provide some relief and any relief is better than nothing!
