Bought a two pair pack in size medium and pleased with purchase. These are a good fit and perfect worn under jeans. Comfortable, easy care and warm. May buy another pack. UPDATE. Have since bought another pair as these are great for keeping the cold out and they wash well.

Great value 'longjohns' providing a warm base layer, day or night, but not a compression layer. Fit is generous with L for 36"+ waists. Good length for me at 180cm. So why no 5 stars... Well I suppose 4.5 would be a fairer reflection of my rating, with just a smidge off 5 as I find the fit both around the body and in the legs a little loose. As a base layer I expected them to cling more than they actually do. That said, it is a minor irritation. And at this price point I am very satisfied with my purchase. P. UK

Nice warm base layer. Not too bulky to wear under trousers. Length is good for a regular leg size. Ordered more as wanted to be happy that they wash well, and they do.

Comfy enough, like wearing a soft set of pj bottoms. They give a slight increase in warmth to your legs, but not as much as I had hoped. That said, they are cheap and I expect the tog rating is as advertised on the pack.Size seems accurate. I am tall at 6’ 4” and find them slightly short for me, but still useable.Material is soft on inside and outside. There is an open fly design on them.Quality seems fair for the price. Stitching is good and I expect they will last a fair while.They are stretchy, but a touch loose. They ride up my leg when I put my jeans on so I then need to pull them back down.I rate them 3 stars because they are ok. Nothing special but fair.

About the only thing that's right with them is the waist size. I'm 32-33" which is medium for these but amazon recommend i get the large, so I did. The largest would indeed be good for 36-38" waist and so are big for me, bit loose in that area. That though is the smallest issue.The legs are different lengths for a start, as you can see in my picture one of them is 2" shorter than the other. The shorter leg also has a dodgy stich detail which is just a mess, also in a picture.What I'll spare you on is a picture of the other issue, because I'm sure you really don't want to see my nethers! Good idea to have front access of course, shame it gapes open permanently and can't be held closed at all, add that to the fact if I pull these awful long John's up to a natural position, the gusset sits about 4 inches down from my groin and the bottoms of them sit halfway up my calf. If I pull the legs down so they're at my ankles then the gusset is literally half way to my knees.I knew these were inexpensive a d didn't expect top quality, but they had an average 4.2 star rating, so I thought they must be ok then. Right?Nope. Biggest waste of money ever. They belong on the bin.In case I've not been clear, I do not recommend these long Johns.

I purchased these long johns because I thought they were very good value for money; & they are -- really. They are so nice & warm, comfortable, easy-clean & well designed to look good -- I even use them in place of regular pyjamas, except for one thing: after the first wash, & subsequent wear under my trousers, I felt them slowly sliding down my hips & onto my legs so much so that I found myself constantly trying to grab them, through my trousers (& shirt), to pull them back up to my hips! Terribly embarrassing when one is in a public place or with female company! Letting them carry on sliding down underneath my trousers unfettered was NOT an option, as beyond a given point on it's way down, it felt exactly as if it was my trousers that were abandoning me! Clearly, the elastic in the rim of the garment at hip level, loses it's 'embrace' of the hip & starts sliding downwards after the first wash. And no, I did not wash it in excessively hot water -- just in a cool temperature wash. So, instead of returning it back to the seller, which I thought would be petty on my part, I simply made a half inch incision in the seam of where the feeble elastic lived, & inserted a new, more taut elastic band using a safety pin to thread it all 'round the seam. Now it sits securely on my hips -- & no more 'pulling it up' every few minutes like a schoolboy in the playground! Otherwise a very good product; I am very pleased with them.
