Beautiful Glass Skin
This is an awesome, bare-bones toner. I like having something simple I can pair with my tretinoin + benzoyl peroxide daily acne routine without worry. No niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, fragrance or other irritators. I’ve started applying two layers instead of one, and it gives me a beautifullll glass skin finish. I put on the two layers at night and my skin looks gorgeous in the morning. The scent is lovely too, a very natural, subtle oat smell.Update: I’ve started using this all over my body before my thick night cream, and it’s amazing. It’s cleared some keratosis pilaris on my bottom, and since using it daily on my armpits, they look lighter. There’s no lightening ingredients in it. I think it’s just like Dr. Dray explains: very hydrated skin has better cell regeneration and will naturally exfoliate/ shed/ renew itself better. Lots of us are taught not to moisturize our armpits. A lotion/ cream could block deodorant too much, understandable, but a moisturizing toner doesn’t in my experience. This makes my body cream work better. My skin looks and feels thoroughly moisturized and dewy whereas before it was a little dry. It’s too expensive to use all over my body though. I went through the bottle quickly. But this is still my holy grail for my face. I wish there were more value-size, milky, simple toners that I could use on my body, like the TonyMoly ceramide toner. I don’t like that that one has fragrance though.Other Update: I tried the I’m From rice toner recently. Not bad, but I like this oat toner more. More moisturizing, without being too rich (I have oily-normal skin). I need 3 layers of rice toner to do what 2 layers of this oat toner does. And the rice toner stings.

4 star but...
I love Purito and I had high expectations for this product. I have sensitive/combo skin so this toner should be made for me. It did deliver in hydration, but I found it to be a little sticky on the skin, which is something I don't want, especially in the warmer months. I've used about half bottle and I've switched to a more refreshing toner, for the time being. I'll go back to it once the autumn is back. Also, I might have used to much, hence the stickiness. Try using a smaller quantity and see how it feels for you.I still think this is overall a good product.

Skin drinks it right up!!
TLDR: legit perfect toner for ALL skin types. Honestly just get this toner, you won’t regret it.I already left a glowing review on the matching oat moisturizer from this line so I thought I would briefly rave about this toner. I’m a big toner gal, I think they’re so underrated in skincare routines, and it’s toners like this that I would use as an example of all the added benefits of using a toner. It’s soothing, it’s hydrating, it’s glowy, it gives radiant, glass skin. Especially paired with the moisturizer, I’ve noticed my skin is so much less irritated and red, it’s soooo much more hydrated and I feel like my skin barrier is stronger too (let me mention I’ve been using this for about two weeks, maybe less). It has the slightest oat smell but I think it just adds to the ~experience~, and the texture is so milky. I’ve never used a toner with this thin of a consistency and I was actually really skeptical about this one providing enough hydration as I have extremely dry and dehydrated skin, but my skin drinks it right up in a way that I don’t even need to use a serum or anything else before the moisturizer. My routine is now cut down to literally three steps and with much simpler ingredients, yet it has legitimately never looked better.

Scent sensitive
if you're sensitive to fragrances I'd suggest not to buy this. Even though it's fragrance free, the oat scent is pretty strong, triggered me really bad. Otherwise, product is really good and hydrating and easy to layer, I'm returning mine
