I am required to wear hearing protection at my workplace. I have tried several types / brands of bluetooth enabled hearing protection. I like each type I have tried, but by far these are my favorite as there are no wires to catch on anything while I am working. Another set I have has the wire that goes around your neck, but I had a tendency to catch the wires at times due to working around machinery or with my hands etc when performing work duties.I have a set of ISOtunes earmuff style hearing protection with bluetooth. They have great sound, durability and range from your phone / bluetooth device, but due to the size I tend to bump into things when working on machinery. They are also much hotter in the summer weather (NO AC at work) and also tend to get somewhat uncomfortable over time as they are held on your head with a slight squeeze like pressure. This tends to push some on the ear lobes too. The ISOtunes Free 2.0 is so much better in terms of comfort. They are like using a typical push in type hearing protection plug and fit snug into the ear canal. There a re a variety of plug tips that come with the earbuds so just about anyone should be able to get the right fit. The range from your phone / bluetooth device with these is surprisingly good considering they are just a tiny earbud. I can walk about as far away with these from my phone as I can with the earmuff ISOtunes set I have (About 50 or so feet). I have read other reviews about some folks complaining the sound is not loud enough, but I have had no issues for the most part. I work in a noisy environment and can hear mine good enough to listen to podcasts. If you work in an area where the noise level is so loud you could not hear anything form these, it might be a wise idea to wear protective earmuff over top of these anyway to protect your hearing. If you are used to wearing earplug type hearing protection, you will enjoy the comfort of these as well as the sound quality. Sound is pretty good for such a tiny earbud. Battery life is better than expected too. I listen to podcasts, not music, so there may not be as much drain on the batteries when using them. They will get me through an 8 hour shift without having to place them into the charging case. The battery in the charging case has always lasted my a 5 day work week on a charge. This being my second ISOtunes bluetooth device, I will say I am impressed with their quality so far. I have had this set now for about 6 months and have not had any issues so far. I would definitely recommend these for anyone needing hearing protection and would like to be able to listen to music or podcasts from their phone / device.

The connection is always automatic and the quick buttons work with both buds if you have one in at a time and on the right side with both in. I would love to get a third pair but my first pair lasted a year, these pair lasted about 8 months before the left bud stopped connecting on both pair.

I'm a Mac fan. I have AirPods, which have been given to my daughter who uses them a lot. But I learned that, while AirPods are noise cancelling, they do not "protect" the ear from loud noises. I have to very loud dogs that are extremely vocal when anyone approaches our rural home. These earbuds allow me to protect my hearing from them, and I can play music or audio books where needed. The only less than wonderful aspect is sound quality when I speak on the phone. My friend noticed it spontaneously on her end, and I had noticed I was muffled. I don't usually need to use them during phone calls, but it is the one area where it could be improved.

Volume is limited the tips have a hard tube core that makes it hard to get into your ear. The sound focuses on mids and highs. Zero bass.I can see why the tips broke off in another reviewer's ears and landed him in the ER for removal.The Anker Soundcore Space A40 is easily one of the best and most affordable Hybrid ACN low profile earbuds. The more you learn about them from various searches in Google and YouTube.You'll understand why. I picked mine up at "Wally World".Update: I used both the ISOtunes Free 2.0 and the Soundcore Space A40 at work.The Soundcore Space A40 definitely out preformed the ISOtunes Free 2.0 in comfort, noise reduction, sound quality and, battery life.

I got these 8 months ago as of writing this review.The sound quality is fine and connecting to my phone was quick and easy.The first 4 or 5 months, they worked perfectly fine. The battery life was as advertised, lasting a whole shift. However, now the left earbud specifically would die MUCH faster than the right earbud. The left ear bud currently lasts 3-ish hours, while the right ear bud lasts closer to 6 hours on a single charge.I am aware battery life in electronic devices dwindle with time, but when one earbud significantly dies faster than the other, it's annoying. Speaking of annoying: when the battery is low, the earbud will let you know every 45 seconds to a minute until the battery dies.

This is great if you work in a OSHA standard place but the sound is muffled and not too loud (go with Air-pod-pro for better sound). The connection is easy and simple. The comfort is good but the main complaint is they are not loud and sounds like you are listening to music while underwater. Ruinided the experience and I returned them.I get the OSHA levels for long term listening and ear protection but the sounds around you will limit the experience with these headphones.Yes, the hearing protection is great and blocks out a high portion of the surrounding sounds but if you want more from a audio source, look at others as these will disappoint you over the long term purchase based on other products in the same category.

These perform better than AirPods. I run mowers and tractors a lot and fell into the trap of using AirPod pros only to experience hearing loss over the last couple years. These do well with blocking noise and I can hear the music and phone calls Very well, but not as loud as AirPods can get which is good because the point is to hear what you want and not be too loud and damage your hearing. I have less headaches using these than when I used AirPods. Wish they had a better noise reduction rating but I am very happy so far with these after a few months of daily use. I see some people complain about these breaking easy. It has not happened to me but I can almost see how it’s possible. Only down side is Siri does not work the same as far as reading text messages to you but you can still make and receive phone calls with these using iPhone.

I saw those noise reduction earbuds on several YouTube channels I trust. I finally purchased a pair as I has a big project to do that involved a lot of hammer drilling. They work fine and the sound quality is very good. I highly recommend.

Like they're supposed to, these buds lessen the noise getting to your eats. Not as much as over the ear headphones but still substantial. The pleasant surprise is that the sound quality is very good. I'm very happy with these.

I purchased these earbuds with hopes to use them as earpro while at work and while operating loud machinery at home. Within the first few minutes of using them the sound quality was very noticeably bad, equivalent to a dollar-store pair of earbuds priced at 4$. Along with this absolutely horrendous sound quality these earbuds are very uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Now to get into the reason why I returned them and the deciding factor in why I gave these earbuds a 1 star review.After about a week of very light (they spent most of the week in the case) use these earbuds would not connect to my phone as a pair, they would only connect as individual earbuds. I tried every solution to no avail, which ultimately led to returning these earbuds after less than two full weeks of owning them.Moral of the story, DO NOT buy this brand/model of earbuds they are priced very high and built extremely cheap.If I could give a -5 star review, I would.
