Brilliant phone, no regrets
The phone was as described - in excellent condition, looks, battery & function (it was unlocked too). I would recommend this.The screen had been replaced on the phone which means it had zero scratches or marks. My only issue was the one side of the screen wasn't flush with the frame so the silicone seal can be felt with the finger. It's so minor it wasn't worth returning - I solved this by using a protective case which hides the edge of the screen, so no worries anymore. Also, the new screen makes it look like a brand new phone.

Great phone for the money
Phone arrived in a generic box with a generic charger and cable. The phone had some scratches, so it was not as described "like new", but nothing too significant or worth sending it back for. Was easy to setup and everything worked well after updating the operating system and security patches. As far as the phone goes, it has a difficult fingerprint sensor that does not work well with screen protectors.

Mint condition
This is one of the best purchases I've made. The phone arrived in mint condition. No issues whatsoever switching my SIM and connecting to the network (Verizon). The phone is, for all practical purposes, brand new. Not a scratch on it. No issues with functionality, having used it for a month and a half now. I felt like this purchase was a gamble... and it really paid off.

Buyer beware
The media could not be loaded. I'm usually happy to compromise for a year or so old model and save a couple hundred dollars rather than get the newest thing. Unfortunately, I tried to get this pixel 7 pro refurbished two purchases. The first one the fingerprint scanner on the screen did not work. Tried support with Google and while they were helfpul as usual, my issue could not be resolved so I returned it. I purchased this same pixel 7 pro product again from this vendor, and this one csme with the edge/corner all scratched up and coming apart from the phone itself. See video. Truly disappointing. I tried and ended up wasting months of my time, while suffering with my current phone pixel 6 pro on its last legs. Could not be more disappointed by a near 5 star reviewed product. Just know you are always taking a chance. Ended up buying a new pixel 8 pro from Google. Done with this.

No complaints
When I first received it out of the box, The box was generic with no QR code or item information. It was clean and only had one minor scratch on the back near the camera which does not interfere and I'm perfectly okay with. In the first few days however, the phone did overheat several times with no case on it. I placed it in the freezer to cool off for a moment and after a couple of times I have have had no incidences since. I do enjoy it and I hope too for the next couple of years.

I am very happy with the condition and price of this phone. It arrived in excellent condition and I have no idea why it was returned (that is a good thing). Everything works as expected and the battery last for over a day. I will buy from The Amazon Renewed Store again.
