Nice family of dolls

These figures are nicely made of wood and have stiff rope type limbs. They will stand up on their own. I purchased them to go with a dolls house and am very pleased with them. They are rather nice and I think they will last well. I would buy again for sure.

Legs do bend but not quite as easily as advertised. Dolls look the same as you see in the picture.

When these amazingly cute little dolls came out of their box, our little girl's face was a picture. We have tried a few doll's houses and play families of various kinds, all with indifferent success, but these are definite keepers. First, they stand up steadily. Their flat feet make them stay steadily wherever you place them. Their faces and hair are cute, their clothes are lovely. Best of all, their arms and legs are not just posable, but bendable, so they do not just sit with their legs stuck out in front of them, like other play dolls we have tried, but their legs bend, so they can all draw around the table, or sit realisticly on the sofa or in chairs. We have the corcasian family, but families of other ethnicities are available in this range too. Our little girl is just thrilled and so are we. Highly recommended.

I spent all afternoon going through the different doll options for the dolls house we're currently revamping for my granddaughter. Though these weren't the cheapest, they were the ones that 'grabbed' me and I'm not disappointed, they're real little characters and I love the detailing like the boy's hood. Some of the cheaper options didn't have the mother or daughter in very feminine outfits, whereas this is lovely. The only thing I would say is that the children are quite large, not much smaller than the parents.They bend and balance well on their large feet. I also purchased a set of similar grandparent dolls ('Terry & june') from the Dolls House Emporium - they go together well.Couldn't resist putting them in house to see how they look - they've turned it into a home!

These are sweet dolls and sit/stand nicely but there are a few things that let them down. As mentioned by another reviewer dad and boys hair is brown which isn't a big deal but we're aiming to match family hair colours. Mum has a weird fringe and her hair has been glued right round her head like a helmet and hairband glued on top. I was planning to replace her hair anyway as I'm going to make her brunette but the attention to detail is a bit lacking. Additionally I chose these dolls over others because they had hands that could nominally hold things. The dolls I received don't have these hands, they're just round wood. For the money they're OK but they definitely differ significantly from the product picture

From an adult point of view these are not the prettiest dolls I have ever seen but my young granddaughter loves them! They are sturdy and the bendy limbs make for interesting creative play.

Really like the product. Only issue was that the father and son arrived with red hair - I chose them to match my sons hair colour (blonde) so he could pretend the doll was him when playing with other toys I.e driving his construction trucks etc.It’s not a big deal and I’m sure he will love them at Christmas either way.
