Great on my skin and massages!
I haven't used this for my hair as I have super short hair. I have used this for my skin and it does make my skin soft. The best part is using it for massages as well as a carrier oil with any essential oil. It's a nice size bottle and a little goes a long way.

This is a solid coconut oil in a container that says FLUID ounces. I know they make 'liquid' coconut oil, and thought that is what this was - is clearly not liquid, maybe if it was 80 degrees it would be. very disappointed.
