Works perfectly to install training wheels on a bike
The internal threads matched the bicycle axle shaft and the original wheel nut screws right on the extender

Not designed well
It would constantly come loose causing the training wheels to move out of place. The issue is the opening od the bar isn't wide enough to go around the frame so it doesn't stay secured. You can widen this with a hammer but it ends up putting scratches on the bike. I didn't like it even after modification and decided to order the hundred dollars training wheels kit also from Amazon that was much sturdier and a terrific fit

Bought for 20inch bike
The media could not be loaded. I am now out of a nut, training wheel and extender. The original nut to the bike does not fit the extender at all. It even stripped so now the nut is stuck and won’t come apart. Very disappointed

Factory nuts do not fit extenders
The extender screws onto the axle shaft but original nut does not screw on to extender. How do you sell something that has different threads

It extends the length of the rear axle bolt on bike.
I wanted to install training wheels on a bike but the rear axle bolt was to short.The Mehome Bike Axle Extenders for Training Wheels as the name implies, allows to extend the rear axle on a bike so that training wheels could be installed.Besides the bolts, there are also a couple of metal stabilizers. I like they were painted black, which matches the bike frame.The stabilizers were kind of straight, so I had to bend the stabilizers inward, just a bit, to allow them to lock onto the bike frame.I liked that the stabilizers were included, since they made the training wheels a bit more stable.

Worked great
Added these onto my sons bike since it was a little unsteady. It took care of that problem and he rides all the time without being afraid he will tip over. Gives just enough more reach that the bike is sturdy and he is off to the races.
