Great gift, packaging issues
The friendship bracelet set was a big hit with my niece. Younger kids may need adult assistance. Overall it was great! However, the packaging was a bit of a hassle due to a large Amazon address label on the front of the item, taking me ages to clean, to gift it! It was an unexpected hassle during the holiday season.

Quick Reviews!
My daughters (along with every other similarly aged girl on the street, apparently) are currently obsessed with making bracelets. At any given time, our dining table is covered in beads, threads, and other sparkly nonsense and at least once a day there's a knock at the door from one of the neighbourhood kids attempting to ply their wares - three bracelets for one pound. Oh for those hallowed days of yore, when kids used to be into pogs, or Tim Burton's Batman trading cards, or summoning demons. To keep my youngest daughter happy, we got this set as it came with a bunch of accessories and everything needed to make as many as 'several' bracelets. Or more! While it all looks the part, my daughter has complained that it is very difficult to use; the instructions don't make a lot of sense and are visual rather than text, indicating with numbers where to place one thing, where to tie another. It's all very confusing and she prefers to use her own intuition and innate ability to create. That said, she's happy with the variety of parts and colours inside, and has already created some fancy creations.

Lovely set
This is a lovely little bracelet making set. It comes with plenty of pegs, buttons, elastics and strings. The strings are all very pretty with nice colours and a lovely shine to them. There are instructions for ten different bracelet designs along with extended designs such as hair bands or adding beads to bracelets. The pegs are fairly stiff to push in and pull out so a younger child would need help. My eight year old found it easier just to do the knots without the pegs.Everything supplied fits nicely into the case keeping everything together.I would happily recommend this set for a child wanting to be creative and getting something pretty at the end to enjoy or share with their friends.

Great for busy hands and minds
I love craft kits for little people and think it is such a great way to get their minds and individuality really working. This gives a great result, with something to either give or keep and I like that idea. There is a lot of variety and loads of pieces to be using, it is macrame made trendy and could inspire the user to move on to macrame in general.
