Multiple ways to mount
Originally, I bought this to mount on a wall, but in the end we mounted it on the ceiling. It was easy to attach to the wood and now keeps the fishing poles separate so the lines don't tangle.It's easy to remove exactly which fishing pole is needed without having them all tumble down.A well engineered solution to tangled fishing poles.

See how it lasts
Mounted it underneath the crossbars in the back of my truck, hope they last there with throwing stuff in there. They are mounted with thumbscrews and square nuts in the t-slot of bars, so easy to take out if I want to. I like the rubber band/o-rings for Rod retention instead of foam that breaks down over time. Foam wouldn’t work for this install. Happy if I get a few summers out of it, as cost wasn’t high. I spent about $25 total for rod holder, thumbscrews and washers. Holes for hardware needed to be enlarged for 6mm thumbscrews. I had the square nuts… when we aren’t fishing out of our boat, this is great to save space.

Works okay on the pontoon.
I mounted these on the pontoon boat so I wouldn't have to break down my poles to and from the water. So far so good.

Good quality, easy to install. Holds poles nice and snug. You will need self tapper screws in you desire to hand on garage like this.

Too small
Price was reasonable. My problem is that the end is to small to hold the handle of my rods. If you position it so the rod fits then the weight of the reel puts a small arch in the rod. They would be great for smaller rods but not for some of the rods I use.

Rubber rings have limited life
I like the design and ease of use of the pole rack. I purchased and installed the item about 13 months ago and 9 out of the 12 rubber bands that hold the rods in place have broke. It is not due to heavy use or environment. I mounted the system in my office and have only taken a few of the rods out a handful of times. Two rods I have yet to take down, however they also have broken bands/rubber rings. Durability is disappointing for a product claiming lifetime performance.

Installed in cubby under our bed in the trailer. It's on the ceiling so everything can be packed underneath and no longer need to worry about rods getting damaged or tangled.Installed them today and with 5 rods it's all looking great.
