Ease of use and it really works
I like its simple squeeze to take out the sealant and apply. I left it for 24 hrs on my kitchen platform. It is already a month and it is just in place as I left it. One thing I shall recommend, for using for larger area, cut the nozzle a bit bigger to get more flow of the sealant. I am planning to soon use in my bathroom. Once done, shall put those pictures as well.

Good
The tube is good but i think due to winters, it was very difficult to use the tube. I have to put so much pressure on tube to take sealent gel out. I almost got tired and finish did not came good due to that. Otherwise it will serve the purpose of sealing the kitchen tops, holes, bathroom tile grout etc.

Started chipping and peeling
Started peeling off in 15 days. Not worth it. Infact plaster of paris or white cement is better. I tght this was a better and permanent option but clearly it's not.

Easy to use and looks nice too.
I had a problem of leakage between the floor and walls of the bathroom. That has been solved.I have one suggestion for users. You need to cut the top of the tube to expose the paste inside. If you want to fill small gaps, cut close to the tip. This will give a thinner stream of paste coming out.

Good finish but high dry time
Complete drying may take more than 48hrs. Gives a smooth finish though.

Cracks healed
Bathroom tiles were having holes, and water was going in, and centipedes and caterpillars were coming in, yuck. But used it after cleaning and drying vry nicely, left to dry for good time, then applied the paste and didn't use bathroom for another 2 days. For last 3-5 months, haven't seen any of those creepy insects.
