Centered properly...
I used it as soon as I got it for O/C Omeprazole, allergy meds, etc. My "trick " is to properly center the pill "cell", then, QUICKLY, ABRUPTLY POP the lever all the way down, and it will work, delivering the pill safely into the recepticle below. When full, empty the recepticle carefully into your awaiting jar.It saves so much time and annoying labor!

Terrible product. Did not work at all. Not even worthy of one star. Bought it for my mom who has a lot of health issues. A waste of money. Can I get my money back? Amazon can do better than this

These are great. One of the drugs I take daily is in a blister pack. It's so much easier to dispense using these.

Only works if it is a blister pack. Mine has strong paper backing and couldn’t get close to cutting through it. Waste of money. If it’s a blister pack most people should be able to pop the pills out by themselves
