Saying I love this tea is a huge understatement. I have been drinking it exclusively for about eight years. The taste of this tea is rich in cinnamon with a hint of orange. Some people find it so sweet that no sweetening is needed even if you like your tea sweet. Surprisingly, there's no sugar or artificial sweeteners in it.I once called the company to find out what is in the tea that makes it so sweet and was told that the ingredients are a proprietary blend of the herbs listed in the package ingredients, plus some artificial flavor. One might expect to see stevia among the ingredients since it's a sweet tasting herb, but it's not there so we are left to ponder the mystery of what makes this tea so sweet.If caffeine is an ingredient you want, or want to avoid, be aware that this tea is available with or without it, and the packages look similar. The main difference in the appearance of the packages is that the caffeinated tea has some printing in grey whereas the herbal blend package is printed almost entirely in brown. It's fairly easy to mistake them, so if you want the herbal blend you need to look for the words "Caffeine Free" and "Herbal" on the package or in the product description. Both the herbal and herbal blend say "Original" on the packages.A few years ago I started adding a splash of soy milk to my tea which cools it and gives it a slightly creamy taste. When I serve it to friends for the first time, they invariably ask what it is. When I take it with me in an insulated cup, people nearby often ask what I'm drinking that smells so good!

I no longer reside in the US and bring this tea back with me whenever I visit. Guests who have tasted this tea in my home ALWAYS request that I bring some back for them, as well.

This tea has a hint of sweetness to it which is not over powering as I should be cutting down on sugar (but it is hard!!). Love this tea. Great price, especially if you order a large amount.

I know there are different versions and different packaging for these, but it doesn't really matter to me, as it's only part of the ingredients going into my tea recipe. I use the Mr. Coffee tea maker, with a coffee filter in the top hopper (the red part), and one bag of this variety, and one bag each of Bigelow's decaf variety of Earl Grey, Constant Comment and Mint Medley flavors, plus a strong dash of cinnamon, smaller dashes of ground cloves and allspice; a good teaspoon of brown sugar then honey go in with the ice, and let 'er rip. Keep the lever on the top part of the brewer (again, the red part) down, to steep at least until all the ice has melted (a good 4 hours or so), then empty the steeping part in the hopper into the pitcher (throw out the junk remaining in the coffee filter), into the fridge. Lo-sugar, lo-caff, makes a great quencher!

i had a couple of boxes from a while ago and started using it over the winter. It was so enjoyable I looked to order more and found this deal on Amazon. i thought it would last for years but my husband and daughter and I started having some every night after dinner and found it to be very relaxing and enjoyable. i feel like it even helps with digestion.We enjoy the spicy sweetness, so yum.

I’ve liked this stuff since I was a kid - spicy, sweet, caffeine free. One of my coworkers said it smelled like Big Red gum, now I can’t get that out of my head, lol thanks, jerk.I use one teabag to brew a quart of tea, and take the bag out after a few minutes and can rebrew at least one more quart. It’s super strong.
