Back straps are made out of some weird material that squeeks very loudly against the plastic rings every time you move your shoulders or arms. The straps are also extremely short and wouldn't fit anyone with lower breasts. Shame, because the bra itself is comfortable. I will replace the back straps but wouldnt bother buying this again because of the low quality straps

I love this bra, might buy more colours soon. It's really comfy and pretty, and fits as expected. Three notes though:1) It's not as see through as the pictures make it look (at least the black one isn't, I wouldn't know about the others)2) As others have said in reviews, the shoulder straps are quite short, usually when I buy new bras off the highstreet, I need to loosen them until there's only about 1-2 inches of spare strap left, this one I had to loosen the whole way, and they just about fit3) There is a seam up the middle of the cup, from the wire to about half way up the cup, so there is a little bump where the seam ends right in the middle of the cup, so if you're wearing a thin enough material top, it looks like you're a little bit cold :P
