I habe only been using it for 1 week, so too soon to tell about benefits. However, i trust live conscious quality, I use their Collagen for years every morning in my coffee and see a huge difference in my hair, nails and skin.Colostrum is not supposed to be mixed in hot beverages, I use 1 scoop in the morning, I just scoop the powder in my mouth and chew it. It’s tasteless and i don’t mind the dry powder in my mouth.I will update in 30 days.

I’ve been adding one scoop to my tea every morning, for the past two weeks, and I’m already seeing improvement with my digestion. The pain and bloating haven’t been quite as bad.I appreciate that this Colostrum is sourced from grass-fed cows, it’s GMO-free, and made in the USA, in a certified-GMP (good manufacturing practice) facility.It has the consistency of powdered milk, and adds a creaminess to my tea, without changing the flavor. The serving scoop is very small, and there are 60 servings per container.It doesn’t dissolve very well without a little hand mixer, but I found that using a spoon to smash the small lumps against the side of my mug also works.The price is high, at $101.98 for a 2-pack. However, it’s worth the price if it continues to improve my symptoms. I recommend this colostrum to anyone who needs to support their immunity, or gut health.

I decided to try this one, as I was using a pretty well-known brand that was quite costly! This product is great, has zero taste, but it does clump a little bit more than the other than I’m used to. Other than that I think it’s a great product and highly recommend.

I’m hooked. Ordered second jar. I take it dry and love the taste.
