This product made it really easy to add Ceylon cinnamon to my daily routine. I like that it doesn’t have magnesium stearate and works with any meal. I’ve felt a boost in energy and digestion since I started taking it. Definitely a simple, healthy upgrade to my supplements!

Great product you can taste the difference

I took this at the recommended dosage till I used all of the product. At no time did I see any better balance to my sugar levels nor did experience any significant changes in energy levels. The pills are large capsules and kind of hard to swallow. It was worth a try, just didn't work for me.
