Con este producto me siento más tranquilo en relación a posibles riesgos por defectos futuros de degradación de calidad de material, mala conexión, corto circuito o de contacto fisico humano en una caja que podría estar energizada, misma que remplaze porque era metalica, no aislada, apta o adecuada para conexiones eléctricas.

I am not happy with the plastic quality (although it looks smooth and shiny and unusual cream color than the standard gray color) and I am skeptical if it will survive UV exposure. I am pondering whether to return it or not. May be metal box is the way to go. The vent is unlikely to let enough air pass through and is unlikely to prevent water in Houston rain.

The plastic isn't rigid enough to keeps it square shape. This is important on a "weather resistant" or "water resistant" box because in order for it to keep water out, the gasket seal in the lid needs to compress against the boxes edge. Since the box doesn't keep its shape well, the edge doesn't compress the gasket doesn't create a seal.Pretty disappointed as I purchased this box to protect a power supply outside and won't be able to use it for that.
