i have never experienced anything from this brand before, but i decided to order a few things and give them a go. this serum is pretty nice, though i have a number of other products that i prefer. it doesn't really bother my sensitive skin, and it absorbs nicely leaving my skin feeling really nice. i also like that it's vegan. i am happy to continue using this until it's empty, but i won't be reordering.

The Face Shop has some great products and this is one of them. I love this lightweight serum and apply it on a daily basis. The serum includes nice ingredients such as niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to make sure it leaves my face moisturized. My favorite aspect of this serum is that it's unscented. I always prefer having unscented face products over scented products.

This formula is too gentle and not moisturizing enough for me. I haven’t used it the recommended 28 days (shipping took a month) but after just a few days, my wrinkles and smile lines appear more prominent and my skin feels dryer (dehydrated) overall. Everything else in my routine is the same. I haven’t had any irritation or break outs but my skin is feeling dry and dull. Maybe it’s going through some detoxing or something but I don’t like it. And the feeling of the serum is very sticky and tacky on the skin but weirdly dry. I might continue use and hope my skin adjusts but right now I would not repurchase.Also barely any scent, just the ingredient scents which isn’t good or bad.
