I've been taking this now for around 3 months to manage cortisol levels. I have an adrenal based endocrine disorder which results in my body producing too much cortisol. I was suffering with adrenal fatigue and this supplement has really helped. I take more than the recommended daily allowance on the bottle as my condition deems up to 600mg a day is required, so I take 2 in the morning, 2 before lunch and 2 before bed. I will definitely buy some more, might not work for everyone but it did give me a quite noticeable lift and I'm not prone to suggestion, well worth a try. My reaction to this was horrible!!!!I became extremely lethargic, major fatigue.I could not recall anything I said or someone said to me as little as 10seconds earlier.It gave me major brain fog to the point that it was difficult finishing off a sentence.I really hate to leave a poor review as it clearly worked for so many. But this is a true reflection of my experience.

Its too early to comment on the effect of taking it as its only been a few days (thats the reason I have only given 4 stars), but I love the fact its not made of soya and that it doesnt contain the usual rubbish fillers etc. Very clean product!!! :)PLUS ... the fact that its produced by a family business who really care is a great bonus for me.

Perfecto. Solo uso una cápsula al día (llevo un mes) por la mañana con café y leche de coco (es recomendable mezclarlo con algo de grasa). Me tiene muy enfocado toda la mañana pero relajado. Hay quienes le relaja mucho y se lo toma por la tarde, a mi me hace que me entre sueño más tarde. En mi caso me espabila. Genial. Espero que vuelva a estar disponible para comprarlo. He probado a compararlo con ps de soja lifeextension(otra muy buena marca) y está me funciona mejor.
