My 11-year-old daughter was ready for a bigger bike with some gears, and the Joystar Lubbock proved to be the perfect fit. It's an excellent option for kids transitioning from smaller/mid-sized bikes but not ready to go into an adult-sized bike. Even my 9-year-old was easily able to ride this bike with the seat lowered all the way down.The bike is a good size for her height (she's about 54"), but the handlebars could use a little lift. It would be great to have the option to adjust them to a slightly higher position for a more comfortable ride. The post allows for it, but you need additional parts to actually make this work. Either way, it wasn't a huge deal.The gears shift smoothly, making it easy for her to learn and practice using them. This will definitely help her transition to a full-sized adult bike in the future.The bike is well-made with high-quality parts, and it was a breeze to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they even included all the necessary tools. The kickstand, which comes pre-attached, is a phenomenal addition and saves time and money by not having to find one that fits your specific bike.My daughter has been riding this bike all summer and loves it! She appreciates the versatility of the gears and feels more confident and comfortable on it compared to her previous bike. The neutral color is perfect for both girls and boys.One point to note is that there is no easy way to attach a water bottle holder. This was a bit of a bummer.Overall, we're very pleased with the bike and would recommend it.

My daughter needed a new bike and this one has been great! She's about 4'2" and it's a good height. The padded seat is comfy and the pedals are a good fit for her. We like the front and rear brakes and handbrakes, which she says are easy to use. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were intuitive, and the gears were easy to shift & align when we assembled the bike. She's had no issues with it, and we'd highly recommend it!

My 10 yrs Boy - Joystar Hard Tail Chopper EBike, I find the quality and durability acceptable. Owned 2 years and still a blast.

The quality, the breaks are broken/lose, it is breakable and the functionality is overall worthless.

Bike seems great! However we were sent the wrong color and live hours away from a ups store so returning is a huge inconvenience.

Very nice, sturdy and durable bicycle. The color design is unique and stands out. My personal favorite is the look of the tires. Assembly was quick and easy. The seat is the one aspect that I wasn’t thrilled with, but that was easily fixed by swapping out to the seat. The shape of it was much too narrow and elongated for it to be comfortable for boys or girls. It’s perfect size for either a young teenager or even a small adult. I’m 5 foot five and am able to ride it nicely.
