If the sponge gets very dirty, it can be washed in a laundry bag in the wool programme. * TO DISINFECT AND EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR SPONGE - Soak a cleaning or bathing sea sponge for 15 minutes every few weeks in 1 cup of warm water and 1 Tablespoon of baking soda. Then rinse and let dry.
