Some bugs in the finger print reader
I love the lock system because you never have to worry about forgetting to lock the door which was happening often, I, however, could live without having to read my fingerprint sometimes up to three times, and if it is wet or anything else you can forget about using a print at all. Overall I am happy with this system because it makes it easy for elderly people who have a tendency to not remember codes, or loose keys and love the ability to add so many options and people to the device.

fingerprint reading spotty
I've been using this door lock for about 3 months now and I do enjoy its many features, however I am frequently forced to use my keycard on my keyring, or get my phone out and unlock my door via the app because my fingerprint won't work. I have reprogramed my fingerprint several times and used different fingers but it is spotty at best. the RFID keycards work great as does the phone app and even the pincode(8 digits long) works as intended. I would get it again even after using it because the fingerprint misread happens about 1/8th the time, but it's still often enough to notice it and have it be annoying.

Pretty fair choice
Works pretty well for just over 30 months. Took weather well and was easy to maintain. I have had locks you had to take apart just to change batteries. So this was a happy change. But, and I have owned a few and this seems to happen with each one, at about 30 months it starts “going crazy” opens itself, runs the batteries down and keeps reporting unauthorized entry attempted. Not many choices so you just get a replacement!

This is a really nice door lock.
The locks look good and they work good as well. We bought our first one and three weeks later we bought a second one.

Lock had some nice features, but it's already broken.
Lock was pretty cool but no longer is working. About a month ago it wouldn't unlock anymore. There was a cheap round spring inside that keeps tension on the shaft that broke. No parts are available so I basically had to throw this thing away.
