Worth the price!
This tool helps me remove dry dead skin from my cuticles without any pain or discomfort. The best pair of nippers I have ever used. This nipper tool is made of high quality and is easy to clean and use.

Overkill for my use but like the feel of them
I'm using these for my 3d printing hobby, working fine for me with clean up work. These are much smaller than the other cutters I've been using and they feel much better. I really like the spring loaded opening and metal rounded handle. The others I have are much cheaper, spring opening is no where as strong. I would say the Feryes nippers aren't that much better but more controllable and has a nicer feel to it. Like using a nicer pen, the cheap pen works just like the more expensive one does but just doesn't feel as nice to use.

They’re ok
They’re ok, but the shape and angle of the blade can really damage some model kits.

They're snippers No, they're nippers. Snippers. Nippers!
Whatever you call them, they are beautifully machined, packaged, and have multiple uses. Model cleanup is a breeze since they're so sharp and cut closer to the model surface. They've also come in handy for electronics, jewelry repairing, and any other precision cutting though I try to avoid metals for fear of damaging the fine edges. The temptation to clean up some reclaimed 18650 batteries is overwhelming, but I'm going to be strong and resist. ;-)

Works ok but needs some refinement
These nippers work ok. It cuts pretty well, better than my old nippers (which is around 30 years old). However, after cutting out the leg pieces for my Gundam Unicorn, I think the spring in the nippers is a little too strong. Maybe it will loosen up over time.On darker parts, it does still leave small stress marks on the sprue unless I do the 2 cut method. It does save time over my old nippers. With those, I do the 2 cut method, leaving a little of the sprue still on the piece. I then use a knife to shave off the remaining sprue. The presentation and storage case are great. The case is a little hard to open but it looks great. Quality seems pretty good. There is some space on the blade on the nippers towards the hinge when they are closed. I found I had to cut towards the middle or the middle end for the best cuts. Cutting the sprue towards the base made me exert more hand pressure.Overall, I think these nippers need a bit more refinement to earn 5 stars. They are good and do work better than what I had.

These nippers are excellent. I very much like using them.
The intended purpose of these cutters is to remove plastic model parts from the sprue but that isn't why I wanted them. I was looking for a small set of snips to cut thin gauge electrical wire in tight areas. I wanted them little and also spring loaded to rest in the open position. These seemed exactly what I was after but I really couldn't tell if the cutting edges were unusual and specific to plastic model pieces. The nippers arrived quickly and I was relieved to see they were like a normal set of wire snips just much smaller in scale. Immediately I was struck by the quality of the overall package. The metal box and liner is very nicely made and a rubber cap is included to protect the edges during storage. The snips themselves feel to be of good manufacturing. The hinge is precise, the spring is exactly how you want it to be and these things cut wires like nobody's business.I have many decades of using tools from any quality brand you can imagine and I will say these feel pretty much as good as anything I've held. That's why I'm pleased. I only hope they retain their function over the years because I can see these being used often.

Would be a good product, but...
For $17, and precision cutters, I'd expect a high quality precision pair of cutters. These are not the answer. They come in a great box to protect them, they have good finish, look fancy, feel good. Then it comes time to actually use them. This is where it goes wrong. The cutting edges are not precision made. They don't line up evenly as can be seen by the photo. When the end of the cutters makes contact, there remains a large gap closer to the base. I actually prefer a little of this as it gives some feedback to the hand. In this case however, it is so far out that I have to squeeze quite a bit to make a cut closer to the pivot. To get a clean cut requires precision alignment near the end or sizable squeezing. If you are doing a lot of snipping, you'll get frustrated first having to align it right, double or triple snip or just give up and squeeze harder till your hand cramps.I've used $5 cheap cutters that worked far better and $10 cutters that we excellent. These just look great, but they don't work great. If they got the quality to the point where the cutting edges would align correctly, then they would be a 4 star product.Just to give you a rough idea, I have to squeeze about 4 pounds worth to make these cutters actually close the edges together near to the pivot point. That is way too high just cutting air...

Work very well with nubs
These gundam nippers work well. They are made of stainless steel throughout and are easily manipulated while cutting the sprues of my models.I liked that the cutting edges are very sharp and leave little, if any, nub on the parts cut out. The blades are also small enough to fit easily between the parts and the sprue so you can be sure get the best angle for cutting out the part. The reason I took off a star is because the handles on this nipper do not "stick" in my hand like some of the other nippers that have a rubberized coating or handle. These nippers have stainless steel continue from the blade body, hinge and down into the handle to form a very beautiful tool. Unfortunately, the manufacturer left the handles rather slim with bare steel that tends to slip in my hands. They did put a textured portion on the handles to try to prevent this but unfortunately the handles themselves are still quite slim in my hands so they still tend to slip a bit while using them.Overall, this is a beautiful tool but it is made for smaller hands then mine.
