I ordered this ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning jewellery and metal watch straps. Things like filagree, or chains, or designs with crevices where dirt can collect can be difficult and time-consuming to clean, and I got one of these after a particularly arduous cleaning of a tissot metal watch strap.This cleaner comes well-packed in a giftable product box. The box contains the cleaning cube itself, plus the charger, a pair of forceps, a hook for hooking items out of the water or solution, a little scrubbing brush, and a multilingual instruction leaflet. NOTE that water must be added to the bath BEFORE you plug in the device.The machine itself is a businesslike glossy black with chrome-coloured trim, just as shown in the listing. The charger and accessories all look decent quality. The instructions are well-illustrated, clear and precise.In use: I tested this out on a very grubby silver chain that had probably accumulated sunscreen, dead skin cells and sweat and general ickiness. I added a little baking soda to the water because the chain was a bit greasy from the sunscreen. After bubbling away for six minutes, I retrieved the chain and gave it a brush over with the brush, then a rinse, and it was certainly much cleaner and ready to go into some silver dip to get rid of the remaining tarnish. Now to work through the rest of my jewellery!I suggest that anyone using this to clean jewellery should do their research before deciding what, if anything, to add to plain water. Some gemstones and finishes can be damaged by things like vinegar or detergent, so find out first.All-in-all I'd recommend this little cleaner - if it works for jewellery, I imagine it'll work equally well for dentures, small tools etc.

I also intend to use it to clean toothbrush heads after use for the antibacterial function.I love that this comes with a selection of tools, including one I think may be for braces. It is shorter than the model I had and I like that when the lid is lifted, the lights go out. I cleaned my everyday jewellery for a couple of minutes in water with some washing-up liquid as I had no precious stones to worry about. I do have a CZ solitaire which came up beautifully. I am, however, never quite sure if the result is due to an ultrasonic action or if these products are just shaking the items rapidly. Nevertheless, it seems to do the trick.I do feel the build quality of this item is a little fragile for the current investment of £41.01, I would like an item which promises a little robustness, therefore one star is witheld.

This Ultrasonic cleaner is perfect for smaller items such as jewellery - I have a large unit that I use for mechanical parts but this one is much better to have in the house to clean things like earrings, pendants and rings. Always check that the item you are cleaning is compatible with ultrasonic cleaning- for example Opals and Tanzanite can both be destroyed but ultrasonic waves. The unit is really effective and perfect for what I use it for, it arrived well packaged and has excellent instructions and accessories included with it.

Idea for small items of jewellery, really bought a lot of gunk out of an engagement ring on first test!Compact, palm sized ultrasonic bath. Has single button controls click once for a short cycle & twice for a longer one. Runs both the ultrasonic vibrations & a small UV light above.Has worked perfectly for me just using water in the bath, but have also tried with isopropyl alcohol & got good results with rings, bracelets, necklaces & everything else around the house I've found to try for fun.

This little cleaner has become an essential part of my dental hygiene routine. It's so easy to use - just pop in my retainer, fill with water, and press the button. After a few minutes, my retainer feels noticeably cleaner and fresher. The lower noise level is a definite plus compared to other ultrasonic cleaners I've tried. It's also compact and portable, perfect for travel. My only quibble is that it doesn't completely remove stubborn stains, but it does a good job overall. It's a great way to keep my retainer sparkling and hygienic between deep cleans at the dentist.

I never knew such a thing as an ultrasonic retainer cleaner existed until I brought my night guard retainer to the Dentist’s office and they offered to clean it in their ultrasonic machine and it got really clean. So, when I saw this, I knew it would be a really wise addition to my dental hygiene routine. And it’s so easy to use. I just put my night guard in with either a little non-toxic soap or a little denture cleaner, add just enough water to cover it, close the lid, plug it in, and press the button twice for 6 minutes of cleaning. The display shows the timer countdown. When it’s done, I unplug it, pour out the now warm water, rinse off my night guard, and put it away. I could also use the small brush that was included to give it a good scrub before or after ultrasonic cleaning.The first time I tried it, I saw particles in the water that had been removed from the nooks and crevices in my night guard that I had missed when I cleaned it manually. Now I have peace of mind knowing that this ultrasonic machine is really getting all the substances off from it, really cleaning it, and also sanitizing it with the UV light. Aside from my night guard, I’ve also put the top of my electric toothbrush in there to clean and sanitize it. The instructions say that it’s ok if one end of the toothbrush sticks out and the lid is ajar. It still operates fine and the UV light still sanitizes it. I think this is a great quality machine that is well designed and well made. I look forward to using it every day for many years to come.

The device was packaged very well.Along with the cleaning tank you get a power cord, a cleaning brush, tweezers, and a plastic pick in the box.You also get about 5 pages of very basic instructions.To operate the cleaner, you fill it with clean water no higher than the max fill line and place the item(s) to be cleaned into the water filled tank. Close the lid and touch the power button on top of the unit. It defaults to 180 seconds of cleaning but if you touch the power button twice in quick succession, it will be set to 360 seconds.The cleaner will vibrate, tick rapidly, and produce bubbles in the water while cleaning. After the cleaners timer expires, the device automatically shuts off.Other than the instructions, the device seems to work as advertised. I mention the instructions because they are very terse, a little difficult to understand and are not consistent with how the device functions. For example, the cleaners timers can be set to 3 or 6 minutes, yet the instructions recommends regular 5 or 10 minutes cleanings.

I like the cleaner. It work great with cleaning my daughter retainer. I like how compact it is which is travelable.

It comes with clear instructions on a large fold out sheet with several other languages. It also comes with a hook, tweezers and brush. It's a nice-looking unit that you don't mind leaving on the counter if you choose to. I personally use it for cleaning jewelry, so it's not needed on a daily basis, so I generally keep it in the cupboard. It's a good size, not to large and not too small. Made in China.

I like the small size of this ultrasonic cleaner. I use it to clean my night guard daily and it is super convenient to use. Makes cleaning my night guard so much easier but can also be used to clean other things like jewelry. It doesn't take up that much space and even comes with good cleaning accessories.
