These will work for your knees/thighs but will NOT work for your arms unless your arms are as big as your leg! I'm 6'0" and 190lbs with a lean/athletic build and I've found these straps are PERFECT for thighs! However they are too large for elbows/arms. Still searching for that strap!---update, falling apart after 3 months :(

I got 2 of these and have been using them for any 5 hours a day since I got them. Nothing really wrong with them other then the velcro is kinda bad at times. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Bought these because they're advertised as longer for use with Legs and other areas, but they're apparently JUST belt straps w/ a much smaller velcro tip which ends up wrapping around OVER the tracker and can't be put through it so u end up with to much slack. I have these on my thighs and still can't get them tight enough. The arm/feet ones aren't long enough btu these are just as long as the belt itself merely.... If you're looking for Leg straps for your trackers I'd recommend looking around they rip pretty easily it appears.Photos of barely 2 hours of usage by the time i managed to get them to stay long enough without sliding down.
