This powder mixes easily in warm water. The taste is just like the fruit and it's refreshing. I really like it but it's a bit too costly to have all the time. I do recommend.

The peach flavor is great but I’m also getting fiber and nutrients. Love to use it in so many ways.

Evady organic watermelon powder is in a resealble bag and contains 8 oz of powder. The only ingrediant is watermelon powder, it contains 27 servings at 2 tablespoons each serving. It contains no added sugars or preservative. I made a batch of watermelon flavor gelatin with the powder, it turned out ok, the flavor is very mild, I added 2 tablespoons per cup of water. You get a hint of watermelon flavor , I was expecting a stronger flavor. The country of origin is China.

The powder taste like orange rind. Some people might like that for cooking. I wanted to use this to make drinks with but it taste bitter, no sweetness. Sugar doesn't help.
