The material itself is fine and seems like it would last well. However, on what planet are these 'climber grade caribiners'? What a joke. Some of them are even rusty already before any use!This is promoted to help back pain a lot. It may well do for some. But most of the exercises involve quite a lot of lumbar spine extension, which will not be suitable for all people and especially not all types of back trouble. Whilst you can get inverted traction through much of the spine, the material/seat does put some pressure through the lumbar-sacral joint so if this is your problem area, go easy.Returning though as feel ripped off over description of parts used.

I absolutely love love love my yoga body trapeze. Since having it set up in my door way on the yogabody brackets. I use it everyday. I’m a nurse and most nurses have back problems. Before I go to work my 12hour day, and as soon as I get in from my shift, I hang upside down and stretch it all out. It is sooooo amazing. Some days I have to wear leads which you can imagine a killer on my back, legs, feet etc. Since the trapeze my back is so much better. I don’t have much room in the doorway so when the weather gets better I’m going to get someone to fit another one out in my shed area so I can do some more yoga excersises , I can’t wait 😀

Very happy with this trapeze. Installed in my garage with pigtail hooks.Wish DVD would be in other form.. or downloadable option instead as my laptop doesnt have any slot for it
