Love how the faucet looks. The spring does not bend at all though. So you can’t use the sprayer deep inside the sink, just from above.The hose did break after about 3 years of use. I messaged the seller about the hose and they were very quick in responding. The sent me TWO new hoses and it was super easy to swap out. Works like new again!All parts look great 3 years after with a ton of use. All in all, I would buy again. I just really wish the spring was able to bend much lower. It pretty much stays in the same place.

Our hose broke, and we do not know how to contact the seller to request a new one under warranty. We love the faucet, but only had it for 2 years and cannot use it right now.

I loved the look and function of this faucet - we bought it way ahead of a kitchen remodel that was delayed and delayed, but when we finally had it installed this September, we loved the look and HOW it functions. We woke up to the sound of water spraying all over the kitchen a week ago - the spray nozzle hose failed. We had a plumber re-crimp the hose - it broke again - they tell us it is irreparable. Lots of money - not much quality. Stick with known brands. Now we are out the cost of the faucet plus the $150 installation and $75 repair call - a $500 loss - and now we are shopping for a new faucet. Don't believe the quality is up to speed here.

Spray handle says on and never shuts off I have two and they both did the same no part available
