Game changing fiber for me
This was my first experience with fiber and I found it to be easy to mix into yogurt and actually enjoy the taste. It also mixes with coconut water smoothly. It’s easy to digest, does not give me gas or other negative side effects. I liked it, but thinking I might be missing something, tried another brand, which was too heavy, tastes awful, was more expensive and gave me an embarrassing amount of gas.I am ditching that product and coming back to this one. I think it’s great

All natural and it works, tastes good enough
It is a fiber product so I don't expect it to dissolve or create a clear liquid. I put a tbs into a pint mason jar, add water and shake it well and then drink it. There are usually a few undispersed pieces, but they are fun, actually. It tastes decent, modest and is not sweetened (not sure where people saw that it has Stevia? It does not seem so from the list of ingredients).I use it only occasionally, not on a routine base but have ordered it several times now. This seems to be a decent product. The ingredients all sound good, if the list is true then it is the best in the market.

Great product but-won’t get 32 servings out the bag unless you use 1/2 Tbs (see review)
I have been using this product for years. I tried a few other “Prebiotic” powders and didn’t particularly like them and found a couple more that had ingredients I am allergic to. This isn’t the best prebiotic powder because it doesn’t have the highest prebiotic ingredients in it such as Jerusalem artichoke and chicory root which I have read are the best prebiotic ingredients of natural foods. I can’t eat chicory root because it is related to lettuce and I am allergic to lettuce. There are a few things about this product that can be irritating such as mixing it. It tends to clump. Recently I have found using room temperature water and real glass and slowly tapping in the powder while stirring it. Most of the time it won’t clump. Sometime it just doesn’t matter and it clumps. I use a fork to stir it with and when I’m done if it has clumped I pull out the clumps with the fork and just eat them. It tastes fine to me and I really don’t like their other orange flavored product. Here is my real issue with this company. On the bag you will see that it says 32 servicing and the serving size is 1 tablespoon. After a few months of using it I was pretty sure I wasn’t getting that many servings out of a bag so I started keeping track. The most I could get out of it was 15 Tbs of a leveled off Tbs and shaking the bag before use to add in some air and make it fluffier just to give them a little advantage. But 15 was it. I wrote the company and here is the response that I received from them:“Thank you for your interest in Garden of Life’s products. We completely understand your concern. Using a measure scoop is not the most adequate way to measure. The most truest way to measure is using a food scale. One serving is equal to 6 grams. Tablespoons may differ from tablespoon to tablespoon because some people level it and some people take a heaping tablespoon, some people tap it to level it off. It is nearly impossible to get the same amount with every tablespoon . If you weigh it on a food scale using 6 grams per serving you will achieve 32 servings.”Ok, I don’t have a food scale and don’t want to waste time weighing this every time I started to use it so I just started experimenting with smaller serving sizes to see how I could get 32 servings out of the bag. I started with a half Tbs and I got 30 servings out of the bag. I did this for 2 months and it stayed consistent for that number. So that’s what I’m using now is 1/2 Tbs. It would be interesting to see if that really correlates to their 6G’s but obviously 1 Tbs does not. There may be some differences in Tbs sizes but not to the point of halving the size of the advertised number of servings. If any one has a kitchen scale it would be interesting to see what you came up with on Tbs and 6 grams of this product. I think they should figure it out themselves and put a realistic delivery size on the bag. I do think that there is a lot of settling of the contents of the bag and that is why I shake it up so it get so air and get fluffier but still 1 Tbs is just not correct not matter what they say. I will continue to use this product because I like it and it’s convenient to get and it works well with the probiotics that I take.

Doesn't Dissolve, Grossly Sweet Artificial Flavor
I have enjoyed other Garden of Life fiber products, so I decided to try this as a lower calorie option. I'm very disappointed. The flavor is overly sweet and artificial. It never fully dissolves, leaving many small clumps that you have to try to wash down. Do not recommend.

False advertising
Definitely untrue what they claim about this powder being "Flavorless, no grit or gummy texture" and "Dissolving easily and being clear". It has a taste, sort of medicinal, tart taste, could possibly be the orange peel and cranberry seed in it (should we even be eating that?). It has a sort of chalky, gritty texture to it. Does not dissolve easily, it clumps really easily, the only things I could successfully add it to were smoothies and apple sauce. Don't put it in your water, you'll have chalky, cloudy, yucky-tasting water, but it's perfectly fine in smoothies. And there is a small amount in the bag, not 32 servings. Other than that it is what it says it is. It helped a lot with my IBS so I think I will be repurchasing, but still on the look-out for a better fiber powder.

It's a great source of fiber
I bought this because I wanted to add fiber to my diet but not just the plain old Metamucil kind of fiber. This has extra ground up stuff in it that seemed to me like a good alternative. As for the "no flavor" aspect of it... well, I find that it definitely has flavor... like chewing on cardboard... so it's not all that pleasant to just drink it in water but honestly I don't mind at all since it's just one glass of water with this stuff in it per day and it works wonders. So I will definitely be buying this over and over for several years to come. I think you probably wouldn't even notice it if you put it in yogurt and ate it instead of drinking it but I haven't tried that yet.
