Fits Models: Generation 3, Generation 4, Generation 5, Generation 6, Ultimate, Diamond Edition And Sentri This ket and collar slips into the horn of the base pan. Your Emptor and Bag attach to the horn in. This ket is necessary for a proper seal of the Emptor to the Base Pan. If your ket is loose or torn you will need to replace it to avoid a dust leak. Installation: First you must removal the old part by inserting a flat blade screwdriver between the base pan and the ket. Twist the blade while prying the ket ring toward the center of the exhaust horn. Remove the bent ring by pulling upward with a pair of pliers. On older units (G3/4) the ket adaptor may be metal and be riveted in. It should still pry out with the screwdriver, do not remove or grind the rivets. The new ket's color will fit inside the rivets..
