Good for making dry rubs
Could be a little less expensive and a little more flavour.However I used it to make BBQ rub with other ingredients and you could taste the smoked flavour in my finished product. Did find I had to use abit more to get the flavour I wanted.thats why I gave 4 stars for flavour
