I bought this to ease the pressure on my tailbone (minor injury years ago = sensitive) when doing floor exercises on my back. It's mostly helpful... It definitely provides some cushion for my tailbone, but it doesn't have much give. It also gets little indentations pretty easily.With the isosceles trapezoid shape, you can flip it over to whichever size is more comfortable for your purpose. Sometimes if I don't position it just right under myself with the longer side down, the edge of the board feels uncomfortable with the way it hits my lower back. A quick pause to adjust it usually relieves the issue.

I ordered this yoga foam pad for yoga, pilates, and balance practice. The pad is three inches thick and twelve inches long and 7 inches wide. The pad protects you knees when you are doing poses and postures that require kneeling. The foam pad can also be used as a balance Training tool. A client can stand on it with both feet or one foot and do different yoga postures like Tree, Eagle, and Warrior Three. The material is very soft and spongy and it seems extremely durable. But beware because it can turn in to a doggie chew toy or cat scratcher so keep it out of reach of your animals. The foam pad came extremely quick-in two days! Happy Balancing!
