I purchase these for my elderly disabled mother. I like the fact that it has some elasticity around the leg. Also it is marked as to which side goes to the back and which one goes to the front. After covide price has gone up, but hasn't everything?!

I have tried several brands of Protective Underwear trying to find the one that protects the best. I am disabled and use crutches after having both knees replaced. I have stress and urgency leakage. These fit well, I am a 325 lb. 5' 8" older lady,The reason for the four stars rather than the five, these have what are supposed to be a second gather on the leg openings that is supposed to protect from leakage. Well they don't do anything except channel the leakage across the whole leg area instead of just the front. I go through 3 underwear a day and having to also change the outer pants when knees don't bend well each time is not good.When I am walking to the bathroom, I am leaking the whole way they hold the large leakage amount except for the side leakage. I am still looking for the right one for me this isn't it.

I purchase these reguarly for my brother, and as a nurse I was familiar with the brand and quality also. I have never had any issue with the product, no defects of any kind and for the price it is a great value. *UPDATE 03/04/2014** After My brother ran out of the Inspire pull-ups, I purchased two cases of the Depends Pull-ups with Velcro after receiving a coupon. I was not impressed with the Depends, the Velcro was of no help to my brother, and the quality was NO better than the Inspire, and they were more expensive. I am back now back to ordering the Inspire brand, I am saving quite a bit more money, the quality is still good to great, with fast delivery and we have never had one issue the Inspire brand.*

This is the best. It fits like underwear. Love them, unfortunately Amazon doesn't have them every time I want to order them

They seem to work exactly as described.Dad likes them.The price is good compared to store prices.

it is important enough to get the size you need and not too big. if they are too big the urine will leak down the sides of your legs. they do not seem to absorb enough urine. i have had to change the bed every time my dad has peed in them.

Looked like a good buy for everyday use but the comfort isn’t great and the leg elastic didn’t work for me. My thighs are not especially big or fat but the manufacturer sized these as small/medium so I would suggest they are better for “medium” sized folks rather than small or “trim” people. Don’t buy a large quantity until you try the sizing for yourself!
