I just try the bluetooth intercom with my wife as passenger on my bike. While this is working fine when we try at home, the sound is too low when we are riding. The sound for music and radio is very loud and can be controlled to desirable level, but intercom volume was really really low and very hard hear at any speed over 45mph.We have speculated the issue to the microphone, so we started put it in many different angles and positions. No matter what we do, we cannot get the micro phone to create enough sound that is as loud as other sounds sources.I have contacted the seller with the same questions, but the seller only told me to adjust the mic in front of my mouth after I have written that I tried all different position. After I explained again, seller told me to just return it..... Hmmm... Okay.. I guess I will.Also, the attaching the unit to the holder on the helmet is very difficult since the curve of helmet bends the holder in such way that the unit does not line up with holes. For this issue, seller just send me a picture from manual on how to attach unit to holder.Very disappointed as the primary reason for me on purchasing this is to talk to my passenger during the ride and this unit is worthless for that purpose. Seller was not very eager to solve the problem either.I would definitely not recommend this one.

First headset purchase ever. Now I know what to avoid . We've been using them for about a month now. There's a loose connection where the headset plugs into the device so it cuts from two speakers to one, same with my mic. The sound quality could be better. When I get up to highway speed I can hear the other person talking I just can't hear what they're saying. 55 mph and below I can hear fine. Same with music. The FM radio is pretty bad. It sounds like a lightly scratched cd with a fast steady tik tik tik tik tik tik tik. Switching modes is kind of a pain. It might be the buttons. It will do for now but all buying this has done is motivate me to buy a better one. If ok is good enough this might be a buy but if you have expectations of awesomeness this is not.

They are a great buy and I have personally say that using them while riding my motorcycle when someone calls they don’t even notice I’m riding.

Never got this thing to work. Blue tooth linking seemed to need to be done every time. I would rather get on bike than fiddle with fixing linking issues
