I have heard about cooking with white pepper and yes it does make a difference, do not know to describe, but I cooked an Asian dish and everything popped the aroma and the taste.

This has just the right bite and spiciness. It is not 100% white as some commenters have mentioned but it has the flavor. White pepper has also been sold out in all the supermarkets and Walmart's around me.

It tastes fresh and great flavor. it's a big bottle. I put into 3 small bottles and gave two of them to my sisters. great price for this quality and quantity
