Had to return product because it was damaged. I have bought this product before and it's generally good. SO not going to let 1 hiccup put me off.

Wisdom toothbrush
The brush rotates perfectly until you put it in your mouth, then nothing, the only way to use it is by brushing manually not an easy task with a round head.. Absolute rubbish do not waste your money. I was on holiday and after 2 days went to the local supermarket and bought a good old fashioned toothbrush so I could clean my teeth properly.

ONLY ONE TIME USE. NEEDS INDUSTRIAL BATTERIES
This worked beautifully for 9 months but after that the batteries weakenned. When I removed the batteries and added a set of 2 brand new Duracell AAA ULTRA batteries, well it rotates (under no load) but totally stops on contact with the teeth. I noticed the original AAA cells that came with this toothbrush has the words "INDUSTRIAL GRADE" on them. So this brush will only work if you use some INDUSTRY GRADE AAA cells is what I guess. Also, to remove the cells it requires a screwdriver... while some other brands are easy to change the cells just by sliding something off at the end. Also other brands of electric tooth brushes that I have used, generate a lot of power with a regular single AA cell. This one is no longer working. Guess thats why they price it at £3.50 as they expect a person to buy a new one every 9 months...ofcourse the others that I have used were priced £10 but you can just change the battery or the head !!Maybe it all works out to the same....Bottomline - Regular AAA cells will not work with this brush
