Look and work great, great price, kept warm and dry snowboarding at 5 degrees
I like the look, fit, feel, and price of these gloves. We went to Snowshoe, WV a few week ago (mid Feb) and boarded for 3 day. Highs around 25 and lows around -1. Freezing rain half of day 3. Went snow tubing from 7pm-9pm one night with it around 0 degrees. These glove really surprised me. Never failed. Hands stayed dry. Kept very warm until the night we went tubing. Even then they were decently warm until after tubing form almost two hours with it at 0 degrees. Then my finger tips started to get a bit cold.We bought 3 different pairs of gloves off Amazon for this trip, all roughly the same price. These definitely outshined the other 2 pairs, one of which was decent and the other trash.Definitely recommend. I'm actually buying another pair of these from one of my sons to replace the one's I'd bought from a different brand at this same time off Amazon that ended up being trash.

Very happy with these
Very happy with the quality of these gloves given the price. I was able to use them several times near the end of this season and had no issues. My impression is that they are going to be plenty warm for West Coast Winters. A very good glove given the price. Ski gloves seem to be one of those things where you end up paying a lot for very small differences in quality. For what these are, they are a very good glove for the money. Time will tell whether they hold up over the long term.

Good value glove for avg cold weather conditions
These are good overall gloves for snow conditions. I use them for snowboarding, winter trekking, and find them useful even at the helm of a sailboat offshore during winters. I just returned from 2 weeks of sailing off the coast of Mexico, through 2 storms with several days of rain and wet, cold nights & these gloves worked fine. The Cordura nylon shell is durable for normal use, but not designed to be used as work gloves doing manual labor jobs. The outer layer is water resistant, but will soak up some water if fully submerged. There is a waterproof Gore-Tex mid-layer to keep the inner fleece liner from getting wet, and it has Thinsulate insulation to keep hands fairly warm. I have not used them in below freezing temps, so cannot comment on their warmth below 30F. They will not be as warm for really cold weather as WindRider mittens, and for frigid temperatures I would suggest buying a more expensive glove designed for those conditions. Make sure to carefully measure your finger lengths to order the right size glove, as you do not want the glove fingers to be too short to fit. Also, if the glove fingers are too tight they will not be as warm. In order to be waterproof & warm, these gloves are slightly bulky, which makes opening zippers on jackets, backpacks, etc. difficult. I also had a hard time with my touch screen phone. The gloves are easy to remove and put back on though, and I like how well the manual adjustment strap at the wrist works. For the price, I consider these a decent glove for light winter use.

Updated to 5 Stars from 2 Stars - Well made but not designed well to keep fingers warm.
Updated Review: It took Amazon a long time to post my initial review. I'm not happy about that delay. I am updating this review to 5 Stars. 2019-MAR-01I decided to personally contact Robert @ WindRider Intl and explain my concerns about cold fingers in the gloves I purchased. I received a prompt email reply from him and we discussed the finger tightness and he suggested that the XL size may be too tight for my fingers and recommended the XXL for me. I agreed and he sent me the XXL size in hopes to improve my cold fingers experience. I received the new XXL sized gloves within a few days. I then tried the larger size outdoors today. It was around 0F this morning and my fingers didn't get nearly as cold (nor as quickly as before) but only after 20-25 minutes of shoveling snow and then driving to work did my fingers get only a little cool. Not cold like before. I am very satisfied with this size glove and its performance and quality. This product and company earned a full 5 stars. It's business's like WindRider that I enjoy buying products from ... they are as good with their customer service as the products themselves. I appreciate this very much and will purchase WindRider products before others again in the future. Thank you Robert!Original review:I am not pleased with the claim these keep your hands/fingers warm when used in below freezing temps. I have other old gloves that these were to replace but these are not up to the task. The finger insulation is too tightly packed. Your palms are warm but your fingers are not. I would return them if I hadn't used them for a few days.

Incredible Winter Gloves
I found these gloves to be different in every way to any other gloves I have ever had. First of all, they are soft and flexible. Most gloves are some stiffness to them due to their construction materials, yet these gloves are very soft and flexible. You can handle just about anything with them. They defend against the cold very well, although I haven't had the chance to test their water-proof capabilities as of yet. Because of the way you order the size, using the sizing chart and actually measuring your hand, they fit very closely without the "extra space" that usually occurs in other gloves. I had to get used to the close fit at first. The construction is excellent. The glove leashes ensure that you won't lose them. These are simply a top of the line, beautifully constructed, very comfortable gloves. You will love them!
