CAS# 84776-10-3, 18962-61-3, 56-81-5. INCI Name: Arctostaphylos uva-ursi leave extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, glycerin. Properties: Inhibits skin cells to produce melanin pigments by inhibiting the tyrosinase activity by reducing melanin biosynthesis, effectively lightens age spots and dark skin areas, very popular in Asian countries to depigment the skin. Use: Recommended use level 4 - 8%, only 1% when combined with exfoliants, add to the water phase (not over 60oC) or to finished products, stable in the pH-range of 4. 0 to 7. 0.
