The product has been incorrectly stored in bad temperature or humidity. Also, the product you receive is only a few months from OUT OF DATE. The product in local stores is about 3 years out, this is a month from expiration date. It was so bad, I SPIT IT OUT!!!The chocolate on the outside is chalky and doesn't taste like chocolate and the caramel inside is weirdly squishy. This is a candy I usually love, but will never purchase it again through AMAZON GrandioseGoods! It’s non returnable - SO what they're probably doing, is getting OLD product, storing it poorly, and dumping bad product on buyers without return!
