I thought taste would be hard to take but have no fear! It's not bad at all. I've taken it in juice and by itself and it's wonderful! I take it for liver health.

This seems to help
I put this in a little water, or my magnesium Calm mix, and can't even taste it. It's suppose to help with many things, among them skin issues, and also liver detoxification. Seems like it's helping. Easy to take, doesn't make me ill or upset my stomach either.
