I have only tried this in my hot tea so far. I'll have to update when I make it with my sparkling water. As a hot tea absolutely amazing. I woke up a little early to get ready for work an felt a little tickle in my throat, so I decided to make this as my hot tea. I let the water get hot in the kettle not come to a full boil which is key to a good hot tea especially like this one. I put a half a teaspoon full of this syrup in a teacup (I have the Asian cup sets) so it is a small cup. I poured the water into the cup and then stirred the mixture up. The citrus aroma when you lift the cup up to take your first sip is what will invite to take note of what awaits your palate on that first taste. You will not be disappointed on that first sip nor the sips thereafter. The citrus taste is there from the start and remains to linger long after the cup is over. There are pieces of real citrus fruit rind in the jar and will be in your cup which adds to the flavor profile experience you have for each cup you enjoy. Highly recommend as a purchase. Will keep as a staple in my home.

I purchased the two pack of the Damtuh Korean Honey Citron Tea for my elderly mother. The package arrived quickly, exactly when order stated it would. Unfortunately, one of the jars' seal opened in shipping and tea leaked out all over the jar. The other jar was not damaged and fine to use. I emailed the company explaining how the product arrived and asked for a refund or replacement. They replied the same day saying as soon as I sent pictures of the damage they would proceed with next step. After emailing pictures of the damage they quickly replied that they would refund my card for half the price since it was a 2 pack and the other jar was not damaged, which was fine since my mom was already drinking the tea that was not damaged. The refund happened promptly as well. My mother loves this tea so much I ordered her another jar which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Delicious tea & great customer service! I highly recommend and will continue to order.

My new favorite winter drink. Mixed with hot water, it’s a great way to warm a throat after cold weather activities.

Its like this is pure agave syrup with a few lemon peels, a splash of pulp and a tiny bit of ginger. It’s more sweet, than it is lemony or gingery. If someone gave this to me and told me to guess the flavor I wouldn’t be able too over the sweetness. So disappointing to be a non-returnable item. Either they changed the recipe or all of the people who left good reviews are lying.

I enjoyed this!I bought it and it molded.It is large, so if you value your purchase put plastic wrap in to stop air from aging purchase.Do make sure you press down to make sure no air is trapped.I now have something similar from Duluth Ga Asian store.I may end up freezing or ziplocking/freezing half. I'm the only one enjoying it SO FAR!

This ginger honey is amazing. There is an abundant amount of thinly sliced ginger in it and you can either make your drink really strong and grab some of those pieces or just a spoon of the honey without the ginger slices is also more than enough. Did a spoon in my tea and it was delish and so yummy. I could feel the ginger doing amazing things for my system in every sip. Some people complained about the price and don’t listen to them. It is a LARGE jar and worth every penny. It is going to last me forever. Very well worth the money.
