Good Product!

Excellent combination of probiotics in an easy take powder. I drink my water bottle and refill thru out the day. At end of day I leave 3 in of water pour in my powder shake it up drink it up and off to bed. Love this probiotic!

Need additional weeks to inform about its true effects on my system

this is the first probiotic work for me, I mix with gastricell to fight h.pylori. this is my 2nd order.

Taste is not good

This is a prebiotic and probiotic powder that is allegedly 50 Billion CFU per tube which is much better than most other powdered single serve tubes that other brands offer which often don't exceed 20 Billion of only two or three strains for an exorbitant price.This tastes sweet and mild as every prebiotic and probiotic powder blend should taste because inulin, FOS, and most prebiotic powders are naturally mildly sweet-tasting without containing added sugar. Each tube is well filled and easy to pour straight into your mouth and enjoy as a treat.Here's where it gets sketchy: much of the labeling on the box is in Chinese which is fine but can sometimes imply lower quality and less safety regulation of what you're actually getting in a product. Also, some of the information on the label that's in English is inaccurate which also causes me to question the actual contents of what I'm consuming. The prebiotic powder is "proprietary" and does not specify what it is composed of. The carbohydrates do not match the "0kcal" claim, etc. These may be small technicalities to most consumers but to someone who reads labels because I research what things actually mean, I like transparency and trustworthiness in a company.

My doctor recommended this to me as a probiotic. It's easy to take in a flavored beverage.

I have tried many probiotics over the years and had side effects from some of them. I’ve never been able to say for sure if one of them helped me. This one at least did not give me an allergic reaction. That is because it is “Non-allergenic: does not contain gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphite, lupine.”I felt like the marketing on this product is overstated. They gave a fancy name for inulin, which is in many probiotics. Some of the other claims may not be provable.Each serving is contained in a little plastic foil wrapper. It is moisture resistant and not easy to open unless you use scissors. The box is rather fancy but It is in English and Chinese.Many people take probiotics to replace the beneficial bacteria in the gut that has been killed off by antibiotic use or chemicals. A lot of research is taking place on probiotics, and we will know more in a few years. For now it is pretty much an experiment. Some people who have bloating find that probiotics and prebiotics make the bloating worse.This may well be a four-star product but I cannot judge it other than to say it did not make me feel sick.
