All Purpose Product for Sealing - I used on athletic shoes
I liked it. My purpose for this sealing product was to fill a hole on a hiking - trail running shoe. I was wearing them when I was burning brush and cut up trees. I felt a burning sensation on the top of my foot near the outer edge of my shoe near and below my toes. I then realized a large burning ember landed on top of my shoe. These shoes had not been worn very often, so they were like new. I called around to shoe stores to find out if anyone might be able to patch it. What I heard did not sound too promising. So I have been looking for something online to use to fix it myself. I ran across this silicone on Amazon.I stuffed the inside of the shoe, putting a piece of thin cardboard against the hole on the inside to keep the silicone from dropping down into the shoe compartment. Then I filled the top of the hole, which was about 3/4" in diameter. Then I set the shoe in a window where the sun would shine on it and let it dry.It worked very well. I have worn the shoe multiple times and nothing has gotten into the shoe around the area. It seems tightly sealed. No water has come through either. There is nothing irritating my foot on that area where silicone was applied. Sand does stick to that area on the top, but it brushes off. But the silicone has not allowed either water or anything else to enter that area. The only other issue I was trying to resolve, and have not found an answer, is to somehow color that silicone to match the shoe color, which is a deep pink/purple. I don't know if any paint would stick to it.The shoes were practically brand new when I damaged them, which is the reason I tried to fix them rather than throw them away. Even on sale they were not cheap shoes. So to kick around and hike with the dogs it really doesn't matter whether there is a bit of discoloration. This silicone did the job I wanted it to and is pliable. Only time will tell if it holds up over time. But as long as I get use out of them for a year or two, it is more than I can ask.

Nice and sticky
Takes a while to dry. We'll see if it stands up to the weather. I glued flat marbles to a styro ball to make my own gazing ball. I could only glue a couple rows per day for weeks because on a round surface they would start to slide due to the glue taking quite a while to dry. Also, I had to use a lot of glue or my marble wouldn't stay in place. So the ball is not finished and the tube of glue is gone. But the glass seems to be stuck on pretty good.

Holds up great in heat and cold!!
Awesome! I use this product for my outdoor art gluing projects. I just finished gluing glass beads and shells to a metal dish(old wifi and cable disc) and the next three days was a hurricane… then two weeks later another hurricane. Not one bead or shell came off! Some people posted complaints of not being able to reuse after first use do to nozzle clogging and drying up. I just used Saran Wrap over nozzle then used the cap. Only one time did it clog. I just used a nail to poke through it and all was well!

Good stuff.
Good glue for fixing things round the house, however I would like if they would have come up with a more robust cap. The glue hardens round the throat of the tube .
