Great entry-level kit for this series
This is the 4th Metal Earth kit I've built so far. The difficulty of this kit relative to the others is 2 (on a 1-5 scale, where 5 is the most difficult). The kit contains an average number of pieces relative to the other kits as well.I am very pleased with all aspects of this kit. The construction is sound, and the finished product is appealing. The instructions were clearer on this kit than some of the others, but the extend to the rounding and which areas to round is still a little lacking. As with all other Metal Earth kits, I would not recommend this kit for a non-experienced kit builder. Aspects of it can be tricky, albeit this would probably be a good entry-level kit from this series.NOTE: be careful with other reviews that rate this kit based on their ability to build it instead of the kit itself. The quality of the kit is top-notch.

Meh
I have built a lot of these and I like this one the least to be honest. It was tough to follow the instructions, and some parts that required twisting would have been easier to have been done in previous steps, but the instructions weren't written well. It was a simple model, but I didn't really like building it. I actually broke a piece by trying to get one of the vertical stabilizers on. They put grooves in the metal to assist in folding, but if you bend it back and forth too much, it snaps. So I would say get it for a collections, but for a one time deal, there are ones out there that are better designed and more fun. Like the Halo Assault rifle. I just finished that one and it's fun and looks so great!

Neat little model
Pieces are so small it makes it a bit of a challenge to assemble. I bought it for my husband and had to assemble it for him as well. Besides that it’s a neat little model.

AMAZING PLANE!
l love this Model! It was quick and easy to build, it is highly detailed. The only downside to this model was the way the instructions were made. But other than that, I highly recommend this model for beginners like me.The tools I used were my hands, some tweezers for bending the tabs and other parts of the plane, and last I used a pencil for making the plane more "rounded" if you know what I mean.Overall, this is the easiest Metal Earth kit that I used!

DETAILED INSTRUCTION NEEDED
Don't get me wrong. I love Metal Earth 3D models. This is 8th model I have purchased in the last month. Enjoy working on it. But There are problems with Instructions. Especially with this model, there is no indication to roll and round the entire body of the Part 1. According to the instruction it shows to fold the dotted folding lines of the upper body of the plain, but the body should have been rolled in a somewhat rounded shape before bending them. I realize this and try to fix them. I unfolding the side portions and then curved the shape, but when I tried to re-bend the dotted lines it broke off completely. I tried the salvage them by super gluing the broken portion and waited till the next day to work on it, but It simply wouldn't stay put. Yes, Other models lacked detailed instructions as well, but in my opinion this was the worst. Is it really that difficult to input a simple text on the instruction sheet to state "Roll and curve the body before folding "? Ended up throwing in the trash. I haven't worked on the Apache and the Tiger Tank , yet. Really disappointed.

He seemed to really enjoy them and asked for more
I got a few of these for my boyfriend while he was deployed to give him some entertainment. He seemed to really enjoy them and asked for more. When he got home he finished one that he had left over, and it seemed to only take him 30 minutes or so. Good quality item, and fun for people with mechanical minds.
